Tri nga to ran\u00eb n\u00eb prangat e policis\u00eb dhe ndaj tyre gjykata ka shqiptuar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit prej 30 dit\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Ky institucion kishte marr\u00eb nj\u00eb licenc\u00eb n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar e cila i \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga Ministria e Financave, Pun\u00ebs e Transfereve e cila vlente deri n\u00eb shtatorin e k\u00ebtij viti.<\/p>\n<p>Gazeta Insajderi, ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb dij\u00eb nga ky institucion n\u00ebse ia ka vazhduar licenc\u00ebn \u201cOrendas\u201d pas shtatorit, por as ministri Hekuran Murati e as stafi i tij nuk i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur gazet\u00ebs lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Ky dikaster qeveritar q\u00eb e mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr licencimin e saj, ka qen\u00eb i informuar q\u00eb nga viti i kaluar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb denoncimi t\u00eb nj\u00eb familjari q\u00eb kishte te strehuar t\u00eb af\u00ebrmin aty, se kishte keqtrajtime nga ana e stafit.<\/p>\n<p>Por as p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dikasteri q\u00eb drejtohet nga Murati nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb detaje, rrjedhimisht nuk dihet n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ankesa e Tumor Hasanit e dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb ministri q\u00eb nga shtatori i vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Por nj\u00eb detaj tjet\u00ebr skandaloz u zbulua rreth funksionimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj qendre.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 raporton Klan Kosova Inspektorati Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor i Ministris\u00eb nuk i  kan\u00eb inspektuar kurr\u00eb profesionist\u00ebt sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor\u00eb n\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa lejoni q\u00eb t\u00eb ju informojm\u00eb se qendra p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkujdesje t\u00eb t\u00eb moshuarve \u201cOrenda\u201d me seli n\u00eb Pej\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e licencuar \u2013 certifikuar nga MFPT, andaj si e till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn kompetencat e mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb MSh-s\u00eb, gjegj\u00ebsisht Inspektoratit Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Qendra p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkujdesje e t\u00eb moshuarve  nuk ka qen\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb e inspektuar nga Inspektorati Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor pasi q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn kompetencat e MSh-s\u00eb dhe ISh-s\u00eb\u201d, deklarojn\u00eb nga ky inspektorat.<\/p>\n<p>Inspektorati thot\u00eb se gjat\u00eb inspektimit t\u00eb rastit t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn ka verifikuar se kat\u00ebr infermieret e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb incident jan\u00eb t\u00eb licencuara nga Oda e Infermier\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ata theksojn\u00eb se ka dyshime se mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shkelje e etik\u00ebs profesionale nga infermieret ndaj t\u00eb moshuar\u00ebs M.N. dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye do t\u00eb trajtohet nga Komisioni Etik.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb raportin mjek\u00ebsor t\u00eb ekzaminimi t\u00eb t\u00eb moshuar\u00ebs q\u00eb ishte viktim\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs ka rezultuar se ajo ka pasur l\u00ebndime trupore edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Infermierja Aurona Pelaj, Giltiana Neziri, Altina Rexhepi dhe Remzije Kuqi jan\u00eb arrestuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas publikimit t\u00eb videos skandaloze t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj t\u00eb moshuar\u00ebs. Po ashtu ajo jan\u00eb suspenduar nga puna dhe oda e infermiereve ua ka hequr licenc\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ndaj Aurona Pelajt, Altina Rexhepi dhe Remzie Kuqi gjykata t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn ka shqiptuar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit prej 30 dit\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>E moshuara q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoi nd\u00ebr dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebna e d\u00ebshmorit Taulant Nura.<\/p>\n<p>Infermieret e Orendas e keqtrajtuan, e rrah\u00ebn e u tall\u00ebn me t\u00eb. Ato nuk treguan pik\u00eb m\u00ebshire, duke harruar se kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me nj\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb.
