K\u00ebshtu, ata q\u00eb flen\u00eb m\u00eb pak se pes\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb nat\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me nj\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb multimorbiditetit, pra t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy s\u00ebmundjeve kronike n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Studiuesit nga Franca dhe Britania, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Dr S\u00e9verine Sabiat nga Universiteti Cit\u00e9 i Parisit, si dhe nga Instituti i Epidemiologjis\u00eb dhe Sh\u00ebndetit, analizuan t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr 7,864 njer\u00ebz t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, ndjekur p\u00ebr 25 vjet n\u00eb lidhje me historin\u00eb e tyre mjek\u00ebsore (diagnostikimi i s\u00ebmundjeve).<\/p>\n<p>Ai zbuloi se krahasuar me ata q\u00eb flinin 7 or\u00eb, ata q\u00eb flinin 5 ose m\u00eb pak or\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 50 vje\u00e7 kishin mesatarisht 20% m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb diagnostikoheshin me nj\u00eb gjendje kronike dhe 40% m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb diagnostikoheshin me dy ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjendje kronike brenda 25 viteve t\u00eb ardhshme.<\/p>\n<p>60-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt me deri n\u00eb pes\u00eb or\u00eb gjum\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb rrezik 32% m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb shumta kronike, nd\u00ebrsa 70-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt kishin nj\u00eb rrezik 40% m\u00eb t\u00eb madh. Gjumi i dob\u00ebt n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 50-vje\u00e7are ishte ende i lidhur me nj\u00eb rritje prej 25% t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb hershme, kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb kushteve kronike.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb vitet \u201960 dhe \u201970, gjumi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00ebnt\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb nat\u00eb u shoq\u00ebrua gjithashtu me nj\u00eb rritje prej 35% t\u00eb gjasave t\u00eb multimorbiditetit, megjith\u00ebse gjumi i gjat\u00eb n\u00eb disa raste duhet t\u2019i atribuohet vet\u00eb gjendjeve t\u00eb tyre kronike. \u201cNd\u00ebrsa njer\u00ebzit plaken, zakonet e tyre t\u00eb gjumit ndryshojn\u00eb.
