Jan\u00eb procese t\u00eb ndara dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb dilem\u00ebn n\u00ebse progresi n\u00eb dialog duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb regjim t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ne kemi p\u00ebrmbushur 95 kritere t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb parashtruara n\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesin p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave dhe natyrisht pritjet tona kan\u00eb qen\u00eb q\u00eb konform pun\u00ebs disa vje\u00e7are q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb institucionet ne t\u00eb kemi lajme pozitive\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb momentum q\u00eb kjo pritje e qytetar\u00ebve do t\u00eb merr fund. Por ka pasur zhg\u00ebnjim t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Dua t\u00eb beson q\u00eb n\u00eb muajin dhjetor kur \u00ebsht\u00eb takimi i ardhsh\u00ebm i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb ministrave me dat\u00ebn 9 dhjetor do ta kemi nj\u00eb shans t\u00eb re p\u00ebr t\u00eb konfirmuar q\u00eb BE beson n\u00eb vlerat e nj\u00eb shteti, i cili po b\u00ebn\u00eb progres p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebto kritere. Un\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb flas p\u00ebr afate. Ky kriter varet nga BE prandaj ne kemi kryer obligimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera i mbetet BE q\u00eb t\u00eb na konfirmoj\u00eb q\u00eb ky angazhim duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe deputetja e Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (AAK), Time Kadriaj tha se po i b\u00ebhet padrejt\u00ebsi Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n<p>Tutje, sa i p\u00ebrket \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb dialogut, Kadriaj tha se Qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb jotransparente dhe se kryeministri Kurti duhet t\u00eb raportoj\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend, raporton EO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtja e liberalizimit te vizave ka pasur kushte dhe kritere dhe dialogu jan\u00eb dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje ndaras. Kosova ka p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb gjitha kriteret dhe nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb as ata me p\u00ebrcaktuar kushte dhe kritere shtes\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb liberalizimit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi q\u00eb po i b\u00ebhet Kosov\u00ebs ku ende po mbahen pa liberalizim t\u00eb vizave.
