{"id":8849,"date":"2022-10-28T11:09:49","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=8849"},"modified":"2022-10-28T11:09:49","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:09:49","slug":"vendosja-e-granatave-ne-nje-lokal-ne-prishtine-denohen-me-burg-kater-te-akuzuarit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/vendosja-e-granatave-ne-nje-lokal-ne-prishtine-denohen-me-burg-kater-te-akuzuarit\/","title":{"rendered":"Vendosja e granatave n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, d\u00ebnohen me burg kat\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gjykata i ka shpallur fajtor\u00eb kat\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr vendosjen e granatave n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Artan Avdullahu \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 4 vite e 10 muaj burgim, Bekim Krasniqi me tre vite burgim, Shk\u00eblzen Zariqi me tre vite burgim dhe Vedat Rexhepi me dhjet\u00eb muaj burgim me kusht, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur t\u00eb premten n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nga trupi gjykues me kryetar Valon Kurtaj.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas aktgjykimit, Avdullahu p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDetyrimi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 3 vite e 6 muaj burgim, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtje n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll, posedim ose n\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 1 vit e 6 muaj burgim, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit iu shqiptua d\u00ebnim unik me 4 vite e 10 muaj burgim.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb akuzuarit Krasniqi dhe Zariqi u d\u00ebnuan me 3 vite burgim secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDetyrimi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq i akuzuari Rexhepi, p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cDetyrimi\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me 10 muaj burgim me kusht i cili nuk do t\u00eb ekzekutohet n\u00eb rast se i nj\u00ebjti nuk kryen vep\u00ebr penale n\u00eb afat prej 2 viteve.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve n\u00eb d\u00ebnimin e shqiptuar do t\u00eb ju llogaritet edhe koha e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, sipas aktgjykimit i d\u00ebmtuari Hajrullah Kryeziu \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzuar n\u00eb kontest juridiko-civil.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, n\u00eb Departamentin Special t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, pal\u00ebt n\u00eb procedur\u00eb dor\u00ebzuan fjal\u00ebt e tyre p\u00ebrfundimtare n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar, t\u00eb cilat i elaboruan n\u00eb pika t\u00eb shkurta.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb akuzuarit jan\u00eb obliguar t\u2019i paguajn\u00eb edhe shpenzimet procedurale secili ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 nga 200 euro dhe 50 euro p\u00ebr kompensimin e viktimave t\u00eb krimit.<\/p>\n<p>Avdullahu po akuzohet se i shtyr\u00eb nga t\u00eb akuzuarit Krasniqi, Zariqi dhe Rexhepi, kishte vendosur granata dore dhe bombola gazi n\u00eb lokalin e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit Hajrullah Kryeziu, t\u00eb cilat kishin shp\u00ebrthyer duke shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha materiale.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 22 dhjetor 2020, nga Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Artan Avdullahu akuzohet se m\u00eb 25 maj 2010 dhe 7 shtator 2010, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201c28 N\u00ebntori\u201d n\u00eb lagjen \u201cDardania\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, pran\u00eb hyrjes s\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb Sigurimeve \u201cICT\u201d, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimit dhe frik\u00ebsimit, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb lokalit t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit Hajrullah Kryeziu ka vendosur dy her\u00eb radhazi granata dore dhe bombola gazi.<\/p>\n<p>Aty thuhet se m\u00eb 25 maj 2010, i pandehuri Avdullahu ka v\u00ebn\u00eb dy granata dore dhe nj\u00eb bombol\u00eb gazi, ku nj\u00ebra granat\u00eb ka shp\u00ebrthyer rreth or\u00ebs 02:00 pas mesnate dhe tjetra granat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur e pashp\u00ebrthyer. Nd\u00ebrsa, m\u00eb 7 shtator 2010, thuhet se ka vendosur nj\u00eb granat\u00eb dore dhe nj\u00eb bombol\u00eb gazi, t\u00eb cilat edhe kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyer, me \u00e7\u2019rast p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar rrezikim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve, pasurin\u00eb e tyre dhe jan\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebme materiale n\u00eb muret, dyert dhe dritaret e objektit aty pran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, Avdullahu akuzohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll, posedim ose n\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d nga neni 328, paragrafi 1 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas dispozitivit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, Artan Avdullahu, Bekim Krasniqi, Shk\u00eblzen Zariqi dhe Vedat Rexhepi akuzohen se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn dhe vendin e p\u00ebrshkruar si n\u00eb dispozitivin e par\u00eb, duke vepruar si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb grupit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb vetes apo personit tjet\u00ebr t\u2019i sjellin dobi pasurore t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme, kan\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin Hajrullah Kryeziu, q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb aktin akuzues thuhet se i pandehuri Avdullahu ka vendosur dy her\u00eb radhazi granata dore dhe bombola gazi n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit Kryeziu, i shtyr\u00eb nga t\u00eb pandehurit Krasniqi, Zariqi dhe Rexhepi.<\/p>\n<p>Krejt kjo, thuhet se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimit dhe frik\u00ebsimit q\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga prona e tij, e cila gjendet n\u00eb fshatin Milloshev\u00eb, n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 91 hektar\u00eb, e privatizuar n\u00eb val\u00ebn e 34 t\u00eb privatizimeve t\u00eb AKP-s\u00eb, ku i d\u00ebmtuari kishte 25% t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb tok\u00ebs, e q\u00eb kjo p\u00ebrqindje \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb pandehurit Bekim Krasniqi dhe tani t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit Hajrullah Kryeziu.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, t\u00eb pandehurit akuzohen se kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDetyrimi\u201d, e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb, nga neni 267, paragrafi 2 lidhur me nenin 1 dhe nenin 20 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata i ka shpallur fajtor\u00eb kat\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr vendosjen e granatave n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.
