s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar mas\u00ebn e reciprocitetit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore n\u00eb dis\u2019harmonizim t\u00eb plot\u00eb me SHBA-t\u00eb, un\u00eb pres m\u00eb pastaj q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim politik nga ana e kryeministrit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga presioni i faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nga presioni amerikan q\u00eb kryeministri t\u00eb vetdor\u00ebhiqet, p\u00ebr arsye q\u00eb presioni \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht i madh drejtuar zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij si asnj\u00eb form\u00eb e asnj\u00eb veprim  mos t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerr q\u00eb mos t\u2019i c\u00ebnoj interesat nacionale t\u00eb SHBA-ve n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore\u201d, deklaroi Shala.<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur se a ka sinjale apo informacione p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e dor\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb kryeministrit Kurti, ai tha se bazuar n\u00eb informacione diplomatike por jo zyrtare ka nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh vetdor\u00ebheqja e kryeministrit Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBazuar n\u00eb informacionet diplomatike q\u00eb jan\u00eb jo zyrtare ka nj\u00eb presupozim q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb nga ana e kryeministrit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb pas marrjes t\u00eb vendimit dhe zbatimit t\u00eb ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe aspektin legal n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore q\u00eb merr vendimin konkret politik t\u00eb vetdor\u00ebhiqet nga pozita sepse pasojat m\u00eb pastaj mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pa riparueshme nga ana e tij\u201d, tha ai n\u00eb T\u00ebv\u00eb1.<\/p>\n<p>Ai tutje tha se ekziston edhe mundsia q\u00eb t\u00eb pezullohet pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, sepse sipas tij Sekretari amerikan i Shtetit, Antony Blinken ua ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije Qeveris\u00eb dhe president\u00ebs se \u00e7do veprim i ansh\u00ebm i Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb situat\u00ebn t\u00eb palakmueshme e cila nuk mund t\u00eb kalkulohet n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb Blinken i\u2019a ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me  dije edhe Qeveris\u00eb edhe president\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb do veprimi i nj\u00eb ansh\u00ebm nga ana e autoriteteve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb situat\u00ebn t\u00eb palakmueshme e cila nuk mund t\u00eb kalkulohet tani n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb, pra pasojat n\u00eb aspektin e siguris\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb cilat defakto mund ta kthejn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb aspektin legal para 2018, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb SHBA-t\u00eb sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt do t\u00eb humbet apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi do t\u00eb reflekton n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Siguris\u00eb t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet pezullimi nga rezoluta 1244 q\u00eb t\u00eb pezullohet pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, jo t\u00eb largohet po t\u00eb pezullohet\u201d, tha Shala.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se situata do t\u00eb del jasht\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke planifikuar Serbia t\u00eb vazhdoj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb diskurs at\u00ebher\u00eb ndoshta n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Siguris\u00eb t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet pezullimi i pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ndyshe, Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb shtyhet afati p\u00ebr targat p\u00ebr 10 muaj, e kryeministri Kurti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se 31 tetori mbet\u00ebt data e fundit, por ka shtuar se k\u00ebrkesat e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve si Qeveri i marrin shum\u00eb seriozisht.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe presidentja e vendit, Vjosa Osmani n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb vjen nga miqt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sugjerim e jo presion. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur e bindur se do t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb zgjidhje q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rendin dhe ligjin, ku sipas saj qytetar\u00ebt serb\u00eb nuk do
