Q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, nuk ka propozim gjerman sepse ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb propozim dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Asociacioni bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e liris\u00eb s\u00eb asociimit sipas ligjit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb tret\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nuk ka Zajednic\u00eb, nuk ka t\u00eb drejta ekzekutive q\u00eb derivohen nga pushteti qendror apo pushteti lokal, tek asociacionet e organizimet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb paraqesin pushtet t\u00eb tret\u00eb sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Abazi n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjavshme t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<p>Ai tha se n\u00ebse dikur ka qen\u00eb e paparanueshme meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojtur kushtetushm\u00ebria, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e papranueshme sepse kjo k\u00ebrkohet \u201cnga nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gjenocidin ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, vazhdon t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00eb sot gjenocidin q\u00eb po b\u00ebhet ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb drejta jasht\u00ebkushtetuese p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grup etnik q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb pak se 5% t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejtat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ndonj\u00eb grup etnik n\u00eb kontinentin e Evrop\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ju duhet nj\u00eb izolim i till\u00eb n\u00eb vija etnike p\u00ebrbrenda nj\u00eb asociacioni t\u00eb till\u00eb?!
