Rregullat specifikojn\u00eb q\u00eb Trupi Gjykues mund t\u2019i zgjas\u00eb shqyrtimet p\u00ebrtej 90 dit\u00ebve kur rrethanat k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb\u201d<\/em>, ka potencuar Griep.<\/p>\n<p>Afati 90 ditor p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e vendimit \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrcaktuar sipas Rregull\u00ebs 159 t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara dhe koha shtes\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve ekstreme s\u2019mund ta kaloj\u00eb 60 dit\u00ebshin.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dAktgjykimi i shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb shpallet brenda n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (90) dit\u00ebve nga mbyllja e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Rregull\u00ebn 136, dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim sipas Nenit 22(7) t\u00eb Ligjit. Kur rrethanat e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb koh\u00eb shtes\u00eb, ajo nuk duhet t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (60) dit\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rasteve kur nj\u00eb zgjatje e m\u00ebtejshme \u00ebsht\u00eb absolutisht e domosdoshme. Vendimi p\u00ebr zgjatjen duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb publik dhe t\u2019u njoftohet pal\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb viktimave.
