N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb regjistroj\u00eb individ\u00ebt e pranuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Sistemin Qendror t\u00eb Regjistrit t\u00eb Gjendjes Civile t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs sipas Ligjit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me faktet e tyre t\u00eb Gjendjes Civile\u201d<\/em>, ka shtuar danezi.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebrkesat e BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pajtuar Kryeministri Kurti, i cili konfirmimin e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb paraqitjen p\u00ebr media me Sorensen e Orav.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u2019u jap\u00eb leje t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme q\u00ebndrimi dhe t\u2019ua njoh\u00eb let\u00ebrnjoftimet serb\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u regjistruar me to n\u00eb sistem t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u2019i siguroj\u00eb leje q\u00ebndrimi p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt dhe student\u00ebt e interesuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb fillestare prej 12 muajsh me q\u00ebllim parandalimin e \u00e7do nd\u00ebrprerjeje t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe arsimore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr media, kryeministri Albin Kurti, P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi Special i BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, Peter Sorensen, si dhe ambasadori i BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Aivo Orav, njoftuan se jan\u00eb dakorduar p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e zbatimit t\u00eb ligjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt dhe p\u00ebr automjetet, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb prekej komuniteti serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. K\u00ebto ligje do t\u00eb nisin zbatimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb, Orav tha se pati \u201cbisedime intensive\u201d me Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs gjat\u00eb jav\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr emisarin Sorensen tha se <em>\u201cka qen\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me Qeverin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb realizueshme\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj Kryeministrin Kurti p\u00ebr qasjen konstruktive, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit politik\u00eb t\u00eb serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin Sorensen i cili ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Qeverin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Edhe Sorensen tha se do ta ken\u00eb parasysh angazhimin e kryeministrit Kurti \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar ligjet e lartp\u00ebrmendura, duke lejuar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht mosnd\u00ebrprerjen e k\u00ebtyre sh\u00ebrbimeve brenda kuadrit ligjor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sorensen tha gjithashtu se \u00e7do proces q\u00eb prek k\u00ebto institucione k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs dhe i konfirmuar brenda korniz\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha marr\u00ebveshjeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb arritura brenda dialogut t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga BE-ja dhe marr\u00ebveshjet tjera t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe rajonale.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, kryeministri Kurti n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij tha se Qeveria do t\u00eb pajiset nga krer\u00ebt lokal\u00eb me listat e stafit akademik dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb ofrimin e k\u00ebtyre sh\u00ebrbimeve, \u201clista k\u00ebto q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e lejeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e huaj q\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb n\u00eb MBB\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMinistria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme do ju ofroj\u00eb leje t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit me afat 12 mujor, me mund\u00ebsi vazhdimi n\u00eb rast t\u00eb vazhdimit t\u00eb studimeve. E nj\u00ebjta procedur\u00eb aplikohet edhe p\u00ebr aplikant\u00ebt e ri q\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb vitet e m\u00ebvonshme akademike.
