Do t\u00eb artikulohet fjala \u201cparim\u201d, por do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptohet fjala \u201cfitore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse nj\u00eb \u00e7arje mes Albin Kurti dhe Osmanit nuk do t\u00eb lexohet si debat institucional. Do t\u00eb lexohet si konfirmim i nj\u00eb narrative t\u00eb kahershme: se Kurti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb njeri i fjal\u00ebs, se ai konsumon aleat\u00ebt, se djeg partner\u00ebt sapo ata fitojn\u00eb pesh\u00eb. Pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka n\u00ebse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb apo jo. N\u00eb politik\u00eb, perceptimi \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt operativ. Dhe ky perceptim do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>PDK do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cJu tham\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>LDK do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cNe e dinim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e elektoratit q\u00eb ka kaluar nga LDK tek LVV n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vitet e fundit do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb pyes\u00eb veten n\u00ebse stabiliteti emocional i kampit reformist \u00ebsht\u00eb i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>LDK ka arsye t\u00eb ftohta p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebshiruar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7arje. Nj\u00eb ndarje Kurti\u2013Osmani krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00eb rikthimi. Nj\u00eb votues i zhg\u00ebnjyer k\u00ebrkon sht\u00ebpi. Dhe LDK do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, me premtimin e maturis\u00eb dhe ekuilibrit.<\/p>\n<p>Por politika serioze nuk b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebnaqur kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt. B\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur interesin strategjik.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, Osmani \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja figur\u00eb politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb ka arritur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb kredibilitet real dhe funksional n\u00eb Uashington. Jo simbolik. Jo ceremonial. Por funksional. N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur lobimi serb n\u00eb kryeqytetin amerikan \u00ebsht\u00eb i organizuar, i financuar dhe i pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm, heqja dor\u00eb nga figura q\u00eb e neutralizon at\u00eb lobim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb akt taktik. \u00cbsht\u00eb luks i rreziksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb paradoksale q\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht PDK, LDK dhe Aleanca p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 parti q\u00eb prej vitesh e kan\u00eb artikuluar af\u00ebrsin\u00eb me Uashingtonin si kapital politik \u2013 t\u00eb mos e mb\u00ebshtesin rizgjedhjen e nj\u00eb presidenteje q\u00eb realisht ka akses dhe besueshm\u00ebri atje. N\u00ebse kriteri \u00ebsht\u00eb interesi i shtetit, at\u00ebher\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetja duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e natyrshme. N\u00ebse kriteri \u00ebsht\u00eb kalkulimi partiak, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cbalanc\u00eb institucionale\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet me zgjedhje t\u00eb reja \u2013 le t\u00eb jemi serioz\u00eb. Sondazhet e nxjerrin LDK-n\u00eb n\u00ebn 10%. PDK ka nj\u00eb elektorat stabil, por jo n\u00eb rritje. AAK mbetet faktor i kufizuar. Flluskat e sapunit jan\u00eb t\u00eb bukura derisa shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb. Pastaj mbetet ajri.<\/p>\n<p>Deputet\u00ebt duhet ta lexojn\u00eb qart\u00eb edhe standardin kushtetues. Gjykata Kushtetuese e Kosov\u00ebs ka p\u00ebrcaktuar jo vet\u00ebm kuorumin minimal prej 80 deputet\u00ebsh q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb votim, por edhe detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar \u2013 pro, kund\u00ebr ose abstenim. Bojkoti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb akt heroik. \u00cbsht\u00eb shmangie p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse dikush mendon se rruga p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar rizgjedhjen e Osmanit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb sall\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb le ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb betej\u00ebn e hapur. Le t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje. Le t\u00eb p\u00ebrballemi me nj\u00eb list\u00eb ku Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb numri nj\u00eb dhe Osmani numri dy.
