N\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr media me Glauk Konjufc\u00ebn, Spiropali tha se drejt\u00ebsia e Speciales duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paanshme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ministrja p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn dhe Pun\u00ebt e Jashtme e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Elisa Spiropali ka folur p\u00ebr gjykimin ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa po q\u00ebndron n\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ajo tha se Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjyq, teksa shtoi se Shqip\u00ebria k\u00ebrkon drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces gjyq\u00ebsor, transmeton <em>Klankosova.tv<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShqip\u00ebria respekton drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, por drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paanshme dhe e shk\u00ebputur nga \u00e7do lexim kolektiv. Drejt\u00ebsia nuk mund t\u00eb ec\u00eb me standarde t\u00eb dyfishta, nuk mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb perceptimin se viktima dhe agresori vendosen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin plan ligjor, moral dhe historik\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Lufta e Kosov\u00ebs nuk ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtet, ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr liri pas nj\u00eb periudhe t\u00eb gjat\u00eb terrori ndaj popullsis\u00eb. Kjo ishte arsyeja pse ShBA dhe NATO nd\u00ebrhyn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d<\/em>, tha ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ajo shtoi se drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e plot\u00eb, pa shkelje ligjore dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00c7do proces q\u00eb lidhet me at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb zhvillohet me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr kontekstin, p\u00ebr disporpocionin e forc\u00ebs dhe realitetin e krimeve ndaj popullsis\u00eb civile. Sot n\u00eb Hag\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi dhe Rexhep Selimi. Emrat e tyre an\u00eb t\u00eb njohur p\u00ebr \u00e7do qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ata jan\u00eb figura q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs. Ne kemi detyrimin moral dhe historik t\u00eb themi qart\u00eb q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi e plot\u00eb, jo drejt\u00ebsi e pjesshme. Ajo nuk mund t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga konteksti i nj\u00eb lufte \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Spiropali tha se drejt\u00ebsia e Speciales duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paanshme.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShqip\u00ebria respekton drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, por drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paanshme. K\u00ebrkojm\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi q\u00eb sheh panoram\u00ebn e plot\u00eb, njeh kontekstin, historin\u00eb, nuk shkel t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut.
