Si dhe se i pandehuri me dat\u00eb, koh\u00eb dhe vend t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar si m\u00eb lart\u00eb tek pika e par\u00eb e dispozitivit, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin e aplikuesh\u00ebm lidhur me arm\u00ebt ka mbajtur n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi dhe posedim arm\u00ebn e zjarrit t\u00eb llojit CZ, modeli 70, kalibri 7.65 MM\u2019\u2019<\/em>, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtari i procedur\u00ebs paraprake, k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e prokurorit t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurit e ka aprovuar si t\u00eb bazuar konform dispozitave
