N\u00eb mbledhjen e mbyllur, t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb enjten n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Bashkimit Evropian, Radio Evropa e Lir\u00eb merr vesh se \u00ebsht\u00eb propozuar q\u00eb procesi i liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb lidhet me funksionalizimin e sistemit p\u00ebr siguri n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, ETIAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ky propozim besohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga zyrtar\u00ebt francez\u00eb, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur prej t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn kat\u00ebr shteteve tjera: Suedis\u00eb, Belgjik\u00ebs, Holand\u00ebs dhe Spanj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

ETIAS \u00ebsht\u00eb sistem evropian p\u00ebr autorizim dhe informacione rreth udh\u00ebtimit.Pas shqet\u00ebsimeve n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr terrorizmin dhe kriz\u00ebn me migrant\u00eb, zyrtar\u00ebt evropian\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje prej koh\u00ebsh p\u00ebr menaxhim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij sistemi p\u00ebr autorizim t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit do t\u00eb mblidhen dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohen informacionet e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se nj\u00eb person nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ky sistem \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht elektronik, q\u00eb mund\u00ebson marrjen e informacioneve p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e vendeve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr viza p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn Schengen.
\nKy sistem \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngjash\u00ebm me sistemin amerikan ESTA, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta.<\/p>\n

Procedura ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb miratuar sistemin ETIAS ka nisur m\u00eb 2016, dhe sistemi pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht operacional brenda vitit 2023 \u2013 pa ndonj\u00eb dat\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n
