Analisti gjerman dhe an\u00ebtari i Democratization Policy Council (DPC), Bodo Weber, rezultatin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 28 dhjetorit e ka cil\u00ebsuar si nj\u00eb rezultat supriz\u00eb. Weber ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se fitorja e Kurtit n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje ka dy faktor\u00eb kryesor\u00eb, inxhinieringun zgjedhor t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs dhe munges\u00ebn e pjekuris\u00eb tek partit\u00eb opozitare.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Weber ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se zvarritja e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb reja deri ne dhjetor, koh\u00eb kur shumica e diaspor\u00ebs udh\u00ebton drejt Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr fest\u00ebn e vitit t\u00eb ri, ka rezultuar si metod\u00eb efikase p\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb Kurti p\u00ebr t\u00eb instrumentalizuar nacionalizmin e diaspor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb Kurti, shtyrja e zgjedhjeve deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dhjetorit, kur nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i diaspor\u00ebs shqiptare ishte n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e Vitit t\u00eb Ri n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar n\u00eb vend, u d\u00ebshmua si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shum\u00eb efikase p\u00ebr t\u00eb instrumentalizuar nacionalizmin e diaspor\u00ebs, at\u00eb q\u00eb Benedict Anderson e quajti nacionaliz\u00ebm n\u00eb distanc\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb<\/em>\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Weber p\u00ebr Gazet\u00ebn Express.<\/p>\n

Analisti gjerman e sheh si problematike n\u00eb aspektin e demokracis\u00eb, faktin q\u00eb fatin politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e caktojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb nuk jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebt praktikisht nuk do t\u2019i ndjejn\u00eb pasojat e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebrcaktimi i fatit politik t\u00eb vendit nga qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk jetojn\u00eb atje, d.m.th. n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi nuk do t\u2019i ndiejn\u00eb pasojat e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb sigurisht shum\u00eb problematik nga pik\u00ebpamja e teoris\u00eb s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb prov\u00eb e hendekut t\u00eb gjer\u00eb midis retorik\u00ebs politike t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vlera t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Kurti dhe praktik\u00ebs q\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet gjat\u00eb dy viteve t\u00eb fundit. S\u00eb pari, ende po presim vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e vitit t\u00eb kaluar, padyshim t\u00eb paligjshme, t\u00eb nj\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetari serb t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke anashkaluar shumic\u00ebn e deputet\u00ebve serb\u00eb\/List\u00ebn Serbe. S\u00eb dyti, VV-ja ende duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetjen e heshtur t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs prej partive opozitare p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e nj\u00eb Presidenti t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb mars, me shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi nga LDK-ja, partia opozitare me p\u00ebr\u00e7arjet m\u00eb t\u00eb thella t\u00eb brendshme, nd\u00ebrsa PDK-ja dhe AAK-ja p\u00ebrballen gjithashtu me gara p\u00ebr lidership.\u201d<\/em>, ka deklaruar Weber p\u00ebr Express.<\/p>\n

Weber p\u00ebr Express ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se plani franko-gjerman i njohur si Marr\u00ebveshja Bazike dhe Aneksi i Ohrit \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciativa m\u00eb e keqe n\u00eb historin\u00eb e dialogut q\u00eb drejton BE. Sipas tij, kjo iniciativ\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e keqe se ajo e korrigjimit t\u00eb kufijve dhe shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb territoreve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cIniciativa gjermano-franceze\/Marr\u00ebveshja Baz\u00eb&Ohri mbetet iniciativa m\u00eb e keqe dhe m\u00eb e d\u00ebmshme n\u00eb historin\u00eb e dialogut politik t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga BE-ja, m\u00eb e d\u00ebmshme edhe se episodi i shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb territoreve. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb dialogu t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe strategjik, t\u00eb rivendosur drejt negociatave p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje v\u00ebrtet gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe p\u00ebrfundimtare me njohjen e plot\u00eb dhe formale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia n\u00eb thelb, duke filluar me rind\u00ebrtimin e besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe autoritetit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb ndaj Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit pas vitit 2020, Brukseli (Berlini) zgjodhi nj\u00eb qasje jostrategjike t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrimit\u201d<\/em>, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n
