{"id":74868,"date":"2025-11-20T15:34:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T15:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=74868"},"modified":"2025-11-20T15:34:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T15:34:17","slug":"shpallja-e-zgjedhjeve-zgjat-buxhetin-per-dy-muajt-e-pare-te-2026-tes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/shpallja-e-zgjedhjeve-zgjat-buxhetin-per-dy-muajt-e-pare-te-2026-tes\/","title":{"rendered":"Shpallja e zgjedhjeve zgjat buxhetin p\u00ebr dy muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb 2026-t\u00ebs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Me shpalljen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme m\u00eb 28 dhjetor, aktivizohet edhe neni 24 i Ligjit p\u00ebr menaxhimin e financave publike, q\u00eb mund\u00ebson zgjatjen buxhetore edhe p\u00ebr dy muaj t\u00eb vitit pasues p\u00ebr pagat e sektorit publik.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebtij ligji, kjo zgjatje mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00ebse zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme mban m\u00eb pak se kat\u00ebr muaj para vitit t\u00eb ri fiskal, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht 1 janarit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo zgjatje dymujore \u201csiguron nj\u00eb ndarje buxhetore p\u00ebr \u00e7do organizat\u00eb buxhetore, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i barabart\u00eb me 16.67 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb ndarjes buxhetore t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebr organizat\u00ebn e till\u00eb buxhetore nga ligji i ndarjeve buxhetore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr menaxhimin e financave publike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 20 n\u00ebntor, presidentja e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani, caktoi 28 dhjetorin si dat\u00eb p\u00ebr mbajtjen e zgjedhjeve pasi paraprakisht p\u00ebr dy her\u00eb radhazi, deputet\u00ebt d\u00ebshtuan t\u00eb zgjidhnin nj\u00eb ekzekutiv t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n<p>Osmani, q\u00eb mbajti konsultime me partit\u00eb politike, tha se n\u00eb takimin e s\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebs nuk u arrit pajtim q\u00eb deputet\u00ebt t\u00eb zhvillonin nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb p\u00ebr miratimin e zgjatjeve buxhetore, p\u00ebr ratifikimin e disa marr\u00ebveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, buxhetet p\u00ebr tri komunat \u2013 Prishtin\u00eb, Gjilan dhe Zubin Potok \u2013 dhe buxheti p\u00ebr Radio Televizionin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova po hyn n\u00eb vitin 2026 pa miratim t\u00eb buxhetit shtet\u00ebror, pavar\u00ebsisht se Qeveria n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr nga Albin Kurti, e ka miratuar nj\u00eb projektligj p\u00ebr buxhetin. Partit\u00eb q\u00eb mandatin e kaluar ishin n\u00eb opozit\u00eb e kishin kritikuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kurti si kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend \u2013 q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e nj\u00eb legjislature t\u00eb re, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga zgjedhjet e 9 shkurtit \u2013 projektligjin e p\u00ebrgatitur.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb Osmani kishte shprehur shqet\u00ebsim disa her\u00eb p\u00ebr mosmiratimin e buxhetit apo nj\u00eb projektligji p\u00ebr ndarje buxhetore, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se do t\u00eb rrezikoheshin pagat e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve t\u00eb sektorit publik.
