{"id":72524,"date":"2025-07-31T15:01:49","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T15:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=72524"},"modified":"2025-07-31T15:07:28","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T15:07:28","slug":"1apeli-le-ne-paraburgim-popovicin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/1apeli-le-ne-paraburgim-popovicin\/","title":{"rendered":"Apeli l\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim Popovi\u00e7in"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gjykata e Apelit ka refuzuar ankes\u00ebn e avokatit t\u00eb Igor Popoviqit, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit prej nj\u00eb muaji t\u00eb shqiptuar ndaj zyrtarit serb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"insertion-box\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div id=\"t688b83ee26c7d\" data-p=\"100\">\n<p>M\u00eb 20 korrik, Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb shqiptoi mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit ndaj Popovi\u00e7it, ndihm\u00ebsit t\u00eb drejtorit t\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb serbe, i cili dyshohet p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe mosdurimit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas vendimit t\u00eb Apelit, si\u00e7 raporton Betimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi, shkalla e par\u00eb ka vepruar drejt kur e ka caktuar paraburgimin, pasi q\u00eb, sipas gjykat\u00ebs, ekziston dyshimi i bazuar se Popoviq ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn dyshohet.<\/p>\n<p>Apeli ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe nj\u00eb video ku Popovi\u00e7 shihet dhe d\u00ebgjohet duke mbajtur nj\u00eb fjalim n\u00eb rajonin e Rahovecit, p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, Gjykata tha se mjaftuesh\u00ebm krijohet dyshimi i bazuar se ai e ka kryer k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendim u tha po ashtu se Popovi\u00e7 ka shtet\u00ebsi t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse ai mbrohet n\u00eb liri do t\u00eb ishte i pakapsh\u00ebm nga institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr faktin se Serbia nuk bashk\u00ebpunon me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Popoviq u ndalua m\u00eb 18 korrik, pasi gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebnimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorit t\u00eb vrasjes s\u00eb serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Rahovec, e kishte quajtur Ushtrin\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K) \u201corganizat\u00eb terroriste\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi e kan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar arrestimin e Popoviqit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar si nj\u00eb \u201cvendim politik\u201d. Ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb lirimin e tij t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti serb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, e ka paralajm\u00ebruar Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u201cpasoja t\u00eb paparashikueshme\u201d, deklarat\u00eb kjo q\u00eb nga kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim.<\/p>\n<p>Kurti ka k\u00ebrkuar nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb t\u00eb reagoj\u00eb \u201cqart\u00eb dhe me vendosm\u00ebri ndaj k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it\u201d, q\u00eb sipas tij, mund t\u00eb destabilizojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Xhelal Sve\u00e7la, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se vendi nuk do t\u00eb toleroj\u00eb fyerje dhe p\u00ebrdhosje t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga U\u00c7K-ja.<\/p>\n<p>U\u00c7K-ja ishte forc\u00eb politiko\u2013ushtarake e cila ka luftuar p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs nga sundimi serb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1990-1999.<\/p>\n<div class=\"insertion-box\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div id=\"t688b83ee26c93\" data-p=\"100\">\n<p>Gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb 1998\/99 jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 13.000 civil\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mij\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb zhdukur.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 1.600 persona, kryesisht shqiptar\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb gjetur ende.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr vite, autoritetet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kan\u00eb akuzuar ose d\u00ebnuar disa persona p\u00ebr krime lufte.
