{"id":72465,"date":"2025-07-30T12:23:18","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T12:23:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=72465"},"modified":"2025-07-30T12:23:18","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T12:23:18","slug":"mori-100-ryshfet-denohet-me-10-000e-gjobe-e-2-vjet-burgim-me-kusht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/mori-100-ryshfet-denohet-me-10-000e-gjobe-e-2-vjet-burgim-me-kusht\/","title":{"rendered":"Mori 100$ ryshfet, d\u00ebnohet me 10.000\u20ac gjob\u00eb e 2 vjet burgim me kusht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn ka aprovuar marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr pranim faj\u00ebsie e lidhur mes Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe mbrojjtes s\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarit Imer Sllamniku, duke e d\u00ebnuar t\u00eb akuzuarin me 10 mij\u00eb euro gjob\u00eb dhe dy vite burgim me kusht p\u00ebr akuz\u00ebn se n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e zyrtarit t\u00eb Gjendjes Civile n\u00eb Lipjan ka pranuar ryshfet 100 dollar\u00eb amerikan\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht, prokurori i rastit Zef Prendrecaj, njoftoi Gjykat\u00ebn se me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga mbrojt\u00ebsi i t\u00eb akuzuarit Sllamniku, avokati Fanol Krasniqi, kan\u00eb negociuar marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur duke rekomanduar edhe d\u00ebnimin, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPranimi i faj\u00ebsis\u00eb nga ana e t\u00eb pandehurit n\u00eb rastin konkret mbeshtetet n\u00eb faktet dhe provat materiale q\u00eb jan\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb. Andaj, edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb mbesim n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi pran\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes q\u00eb e kemi dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb dhe rekomandimit p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin dhe d\u00ebnimin plot\u00ebsues\u201d, tha prokurori.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar edhe mbrojt\u00ebsi i t\u00eb akuzuarit Sllamniku, avokati Krasniqi, i cili tha se marr\u00ebveshja \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur nga i pandehuri n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare dhe pa presion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI pandehuri ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr pasoj\u00ebn e pranimit t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, mbi baz\u00ebn e marr\u00ebveshjes q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb mes meje, kryeprokurorit dhe prokurorit, andaj konsideroj se marr\u00ebveshja e till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb aprovohet nga gjykata dhe e nj\u00ebjta t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e shkresave t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs\u201d, tha avokati Krasniqi.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, edhe i akuzuari Sllamniku deklaroi se e mb\u00ebshtet\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e avokatit t\u00eb tij dhe se kjo marr\u00ebveshje \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur n\u00eb menyr\u00eb vullnetare dhe pa presion apo premtim.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn p\u00ebr caktimin e d\u00ebnimit, prokurori Prendrecaj ka paraqitur lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb negociuar, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb rekomanduar d\u00ebnim me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 10 mij\u00eb euro dhe d\u00ebnim me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 2 vitesh, i cili nuk do t\u00eb ekzekutohet n\u00ebse i akuzuari nuk kryen vep\u00ebr penale brenda koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb verifikimit prej 2 vitesh n\u00eb pajtim me dispoziatat ligjore.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, prokurori rekomandoi edhe d\u00ebnimin plot\u00ebsues si pjes\u00eb e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr pranim faj\u00ebsie- ndalimin e ushtrimit t\u00eb funksionit n\u00eb administrat\u00eb publike ose sh\u00ebrbime publike sipas nenit 59, paragrafi 1 dhe 2, pika 2.3, dhe neni 62 dhe 63 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me d\u00ebnimin kryesor, avokati Krasniqi kosnideroi se me k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebnim do arrihet q\u00ebllimi i d\u00ebnimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ai k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb d\u00ebnimi me gjob\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet nga gjykata q\u00eb t\u00eb paguhet me k\u00ebste, kurse p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin plot\u00ebsues k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhet n\u00eb procedur\u00eb administrative nga institucioni ku punon i mbrojturi i tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetarja e trupit gjykues, gjyqtarja Allt\u00ebn Murseli m\u00eb pas caktoi shpalljen, ku t\u00eb akuzuarin Sllamniku e shpalli fajtor p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMarrje e ryshfetit\u201d dhe e d\u00ebnoi me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 10 mij\u00eb euro si dhe me d\u00ebnim me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej dy vitesh i cili d\u00ebnim nuk do t\u00eb ekzekutohet n\u00ebse i akuzuari nuk kryen vep\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr penale n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e mbik\u00ebqyrjes n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej dy vitesh.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimin me gjob\u00eb, i akuzuari mund ta paguaj\u00eb me kat\u00ebr k\u00ebste.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb akuzuarit iu shqiptua edhe d\u00ebnimi plot\u00ebsues- ndalimi i ushtrimit t\u00eb funksionit n\u00eb administrat\u00eb publike ose sh\u00ebrbime publike n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej nj\u00eb viti.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqtarja Murseli njoftoi se t\u00eb akuzuarit Sllamniku i cili gjendet n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit i nd\u00ebrpritet kjo mas\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb t\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 22 korrik 2025, i akuzuari Imer Sllamniku ngarkohej se m\u00eb 14 korrik 2025, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn e Regjistrimit Civil n\u00eb Lipjan, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e zyrtarit t\u00eb Gjendjes Civile n\u00eb Lipjan, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, e me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme, ka vepruar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me detyr\u00ebn e tij zyrtare duke i k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit A.K., shum\u00ebn e parave n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 100 euro p\u00ebr t\u2019ia rregulluar Pasaport\u00ebn dhe Let\u00ebrnjoftimin e bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme ka pranuar shum\u00ebn e t\u00eb hollave prej 100 dollar\u00eb amerikan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Aktakuza thot\u00eb se pas pranimit t\u00eb parave, tek i pandehuri jan\u00eb gjetur parat\u00eb n\u00eb xhep t\u00eb pantallonave dhe pranimi i tyre v\u00ebrtetohet edhe n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb video-incizimit.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, i akuzuari Imer Sllamniku ngarkohej ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMarrja e ryshfetit\u201d nga neni 421, paragrafi 1 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"gazet-791742888\" class=\"gazet-after-content
