Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prizren \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar n\u00eb lidhje me aksionin e djesh\u00ebm t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb koduar \u201cTOTO\u201d.
\nProkuroria ka njoftuar se me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit 13 persona, n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb zyrtar policor.<\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb bastisur- kontrolluar 19 lokacione (vendbanime dhe lokale), dhe n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb provave jan\u00eb sekuestruar:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Para te gatshme \u2013 55,388.00 euro (44,861.00 bank\u00ebnota dhe 10.527.00 monedha t\u00eb metalta);<\/p>\n

Personat e arrestuar, gjenden n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e ndalimit 48 or\u00ebsh, dhe brenda afatit ligjor Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prizren p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit, do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj nga Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit.<\/p>\n

\u201cT\u00eb pandehurit e arrestuar, dyshohet se kan\u00eb kryer veprat penale: \u201cOrganizimi i skemave piramidale dhe bixhozit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d nga neni 294, \u201cFajdeja\u201d nga neni 331, \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d nga neni 414, \u201cSulmi\u201d nga neni 184, \u201cDetyrimi\u201d nga neni 328 dhe, \u201cMbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d nga neni 366, t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK)\u201d,thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin p\u00ebr media.<\/p>\n
