Departamenti i Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda i Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj E.Xh dhe K.Xh, lidhur me nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb grabitjes s\u00eb armatosur t\u00eb ndodhur m\u00eb 23 shkurt 2024 n\u00eb fshatin Ratkoc t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Rahovecit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas pik\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb dispozitivit t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb pandehurit E.Xh., dhe K.Xh., t\u00eb bashk\u00ebrenduar edhe me personin N.N., me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrfitimi t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm pasuror, kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit M.M., rreth or\u00ebs 03:00 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit. T\u00eb maskuar dhe t\u00eb armatosur me arm\u00eb automatike t\u00eb llojit AK-47, ata kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb me forc\u00eb n\u00eb dhom\u00ebn e gjumit ku po flinte \u00e7ifti M.M., dhe bashk\u00ebshortja e tij, N.M.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebto veprime, t\u00eb pandehurit E.Xh., dhe K.Xh., akuzohen p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale Grabitja, e parashikuar n\u00eb nenin 317 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje dhe me rrethana r\u00ebnduese.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, sipas pik\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, i pandehuri K.Xh. akuzohet edhe p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale Mbajtje n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll apo posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve, pasi ka mbajtur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme arm\u00ebn automatike AK-47, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin nr. 05\/L-022 p\u00ebr arm\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n
