{"id":72129,"date":"2025-07-15T06:20:51","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T06:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/?p=72129"},"modified":"2025-07-15T06:20:51","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T06:20:51","slug":"sot-vazhdon-seanca-konstituive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/permbledhja.com\/sq\/sot-vazhdon-seanca-konstituive\/","title":{"rendered":"Sot vazhdon seanca konstituive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sotdo t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb seanca e 47-t\u00eb konstituive e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, megjithat\u00eb, as n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seanc\u00eb nuk pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ndryshim.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebr shkak se koalicioni q\u00eb ka m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti vota, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, Alternativa dhe L\u00ebvizja Guxo, e as partit\u00eb tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nuk kan\u00eb l\u00ebvizur nga q\u00ebndrimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, Guxo e Alternativa nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb votat e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr Albulena Haxhiun, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kan\u00eb propozuar si kryetare t\u00eb Kuvendit. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb numrave ata kan\u00eb propozuar q\u00eb votimi nga i hapur t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Komisioni q\u00eb mund\u00ebson votimin e fsheht\u00eb nuk po mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebt nga Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs, Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs, Aleanca p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje madje \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, e cila ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb aktgjykimin e saj, por i nj\u00ebjti po interpretohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme nga subjektet politike.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mandeta-ad mandeta-ad-tag_inarticle2\">\n<div>\n<p>Kushtetuesja ka sjell\u00eb aktvendim sipas t\u00eb cilit legjislatura e n\u00ebnt\u00eb ka nj\u00eb muaj afat p\u00ebr konstituim \u2013 zgjedhjen e kryetarit dhe n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>PDK dhe AAK i kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar LVV-s\u00eb q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrroj\u00eb kandidaten p\u00ebr kryetare t\u00eb Kuvendit me arsyetimin se ka punuar n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb shtetit. Kurse, LDK ka deklaruar se nuk do ta votoj\u00eb asnj\u00eb kandidat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto parti kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, Guxo e Alternativa nuk kan\u00eb as votat p\u00ebr formimin e Qeveris\u00eb, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se nevojitet marr\u00ebveshje politike. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb LVV kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo duhet provuar duke votuar fillimisht konstituimin e Kuvendit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, PDK dhe LDK iu ka drejtuar s\u00ebrish Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese q\u00eb t\u00eb sqaroj\u00eb n\u00ebse seancat e fundit kan\u00eb shkelur Kushtetut\u00ebn. Gjithashtu, edhe presidentja Vjosa Osmani ka paralajm\u00ebruar se s\u00eb shpejti do t\u2019i d\u00ebrgohet Kushtetuese se cilat jan\u00eb masat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren n\u00ebse nuk konstituohet Kuvendi deri m\u00eb afatin e parapar\u00eb prej nj\u00eb muajsh.<\/p>\n<p>Deputetja e Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (AAK), Time Kadrijaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar lidhur me seanc\u00ebn konstituive q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb mbahet nes\u00ebr, duke k\u00ebrkuar respektim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe rregulloreve t\u00eb Kuvendit.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka theksuar se deputet\u00ebt e AAK-s\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb komision q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb anti-kushtetues dhe nuk ka shumic\u00ebn e votave t\u00eb nevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u2019i kthehet vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, t\u2019i kthehet rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me rregullore t\u00eb Kuvendit dhe me ligjet e Kosov\u00ebs. Nuk votojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb komision q\u00eb s\u2019ka vota dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb antikushtetues\u201d, ka theksuar Kadrijaj.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka rikujtuar se rasti p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese dhe vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb, por sipas saj, nuk po respektohet nga kryeministri Albin Kurti dhe L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ne e kemi d\u00ebrguar l\u00ebnd\u00ebn n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb Kushtetuese, kemi marr\u00eb nj\u00eb verdikt t\u00eb cilin zot\u00ebri Kurti, LVV nuk po e respektojn\u00eb. Dhe nuk mund t\u00eb na detyrojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb forme Albin Kurti me u barazu dhe me qen\u00eb edhe ne shkel\u00ebs t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, nj\u00ebjt\u00eb sikurse po vepron Albin Kurti dhe LVV\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kadrijaj.<\/p>\n<p>Kujtojm\u00eb, zgjedhjet parlamentare jan\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb (9) shkurt. Mbledhja e par\u00eb p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit t\u00eb ri \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (15) prill.
