Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr G.G dhe T.G p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb mashtrimit, shmangies nga tatimi dhe keqp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb autorizimeve ekonomike. Nd\u00ebrkaq, N.G dhe M.G po akuzohen p\u00ebr pastrim parash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, t\u00eb pandehurit G.G dhe T.G, nga tetori i vitit 2020 deri m\u00eb 16 gusht 2024, kan\u00eb mashtruar 131 qytetar\u00eb duke u premtuar nd\u00ebrtimin e villave prej druri brenda 60 dit\u00ebve, me \u00e7mime promocionale. Ata kan\u00eb lidhur kontrata me viktimat, por nuk u kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar asnj\u00eb vil\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Mjetet financiare t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara nga qytetar\u00ebt i kan\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr blerjen e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb emrin e vet, t\u00eb biznesit dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit. Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij mashtrimi, t\u00eb pandehurit kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 1,894,250 euro.<\/p>\n
