Autoriteti i Konkurrenc\u00ebs ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim me argumentin se k\u00ebto nd\u00ebrmarrje jan\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb pozita dominuese.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-4\">\n<p>Po ashtu, Konkurrenca thekson se me disa sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb caktuara \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar abuzim me pozit\u00ebn dominuese, duke vendosur \u00e7mime t\u00eb padrejta t\u00eb blerjes apo shitjes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKomisioni i Konkurrenc\u00ebs, n\u00eb mbledhjen e tij m\u00eb dat\u00eb 09.04.2025, mori n\u00eb shqyrtim raportin e monitorimit n\u00eb tregun e sh\u00ebrbimit spitalor.<br \/>\nN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Autoriteti i Konkurrenc\u00ebs realizoi procedur\u00ebn e monitorimit n\u00eb tregun e sh\u00ebrbimit spitalor. Gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb monitorimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar pozita dominuese e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve American Hospital SHA dhe International Hospital SHA (shoq\u00ebri e bashkuar me p\u00ebrthithje nga American Hospital SHA), n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb nenit 8 t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 9121\/2003.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebna paraprake, \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se n\u00eb lidhje me disa sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb caktuara dhe ekskluzive k\u00ebto nd\u00ebrmarrje mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb objekt vler\u00ebsimi sipas nenit 9 t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 9121\/2003.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye, Komisioni i Konkurrenc\u00ebs me Vendimin nr. 1173, dat\u00eb 09.04.2025, vendosi hapjen e procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb hetimit paraprak ndaj nd\u00ebrmarrjeve American Hospital SHA dhe International Hospital SHA n\u00eb tregun e sh\u00ebrbimit spitalor.
