Presidentja Vjosa Osmani tha se takimi q\u00eb ka zhvilluar me t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarin e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr dialogun Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, Peter Sorensen, ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb njoftues p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimet e pal\u00ebs kosovare.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ajo tha se n\u00eb detaje ia kan\u00eb prezantuar v\u00ebrejtjet sa i p\u00ebrket draft-statutit t\u00eb propozuar nga BE p\u00ebr Asociacionin.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00eb shum\u00eb u njoftua rreth q\u00ebndrimeve tona sesa q\u00eb mor\u00ebm q\u00ebndrime nga ana e tij dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht normale sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb fillimi i mandatit\u201d<\/em>, tha Osmani, derisa shtoi se k\u00ebto diskutime t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej.<\/p>\n

Ajo m\u00eb pas tha se draft-statuti aktual p\u00ebr Asociacionin s\u2019e kalon testin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese meq\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cPo flasim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e draft-statutin e BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb personalisht besoj q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje as me vlerat dhe normat e BE-s\u00eb dhe standardet e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs pastaj dhe po ashtu nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb 2015-\u00ebs\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cNj\u00eb draft-statut i till\u00eb q\u00eb bie ndesh me k\u00ebto t\u00eb tria s\u2019ka si t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi dhe as nuk besoj q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kalonte \u00e7far\u00ebdo testi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, e cila q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka vendosur standarde p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebto tema t\u00eb vendosura brenda draft-statutit si\u00e7 jan\u00eb kompetencat ekzekutive t\u00eb Asociacionit e shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cPra, ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb takim njoftues rreth q\u00ebndrimeve tona jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr draft-statutin, por edhe p\u00ebr procesin e dialogut n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Osmani tha se n\u00eb procesin e dialogut deri m\u00eb tani s\u2019u trajtua parimi i barazis\u00eb mes pal\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

\u201cKa qen\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm q\u00eb e ka d\u00ebmtuar edhe vet\u00eb kredibilitetin e procesit.
