Vet\u00ebm pas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb progresit t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe pas nj\u00eb diskutimi me Parlamentin do t\u00eb kemi q\u00ebndrim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e tyre p\u00ebr Dukagjinin.<\/p>\n<p>Nga Holanda kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se e mb\u00ebshtesin iniciativ\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtim pa viza, teksa e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur edhe rolin e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian dhe shteteve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI takon K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian q\u00eb t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pajtohet p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje bilaterale mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe nj\u00ebrit prej shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKomisioni Evropian s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb vij\u00eb me nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar mbi standardet p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave. Holanda \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00ebse t\u00eb gjitha standardet jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur\u201d, vijon p\u00ebrgjigjja.<\/p>\n<p>Holanda ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se do ta ndihmoj\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, institucionet gjyq\u00ebsore dhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, p\u00ebrmes ekspertizave t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr ta reformuar sistemin gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHolanda ishte, \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, por edhe institucionet gjyq\u00ebsore dhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebrmes projekteve, k\u00ebshillave dhe ekspertiz\u00ebs n\u00eb arritjen e rezultateve n\u00eb reformat e nevojshme p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenca \u00e7eke e Bashkimit Evropian e ka vendosur edhe zyrtarisht n\u00eb rend dite diskutimin p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Sipas planit q\u00eb ka prezantuar ajo, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e vizave do t\u00eb diskutohet m\u00eb 13 tetor. Nga gjasht\u00eb vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor q\u00eb mbeten jasht\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, vet\u00ebm qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin lirsh\u00ebm n\u00eb vendet evropiane, apo n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb njihet si zona shengen.<\/p>\n<p>Holanda dhe Franca jan\u00eb dy prej vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb skeptike p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm \u00e7ek, Jan Lipavsky, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb enjten se ka pritje t\u00eb larta q\u00eb brenda mandatit gjasht\u00ebmujor t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs \u00e7eke, do t\u00eb finalizohet procesi i liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet teknike. Bashkimi Evropian do t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt aspektet teknike dhe un\u00eb shpresoj shum\u00eb q\u00eb Presidenca \u00e7eke do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri te nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, dhe Kosova do t\u00eb ket\u00eb liberalizim t\u00eb vizave. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb parashikojm\u00eb dat\u00ebn. Lipavsky ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se i ka kontaktuar edhe disa zyrtar\u00eb nga Holanda p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe se ata jan\u00eb pajtuar q\u00eb t\u00eb analizohen \u00e7\u00ebshtjet teknike dhe m\u00eb pas ato politike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2016, Komisioni Evropian kishte vler\u00ebsuar se Kosova i ka p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb gjitha kriteret p\u00ebr liberalizim t\u00eb vizave, mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr finalizim t\u00eb procesit kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihej marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr ratifikimin e demarkacionit t\u00eb kufirit mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi, dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte rezultate n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr krimit dhe korrupsionit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas, m\u00eb 2018 Komisioni Evropian kishte konstatuar se Kosova i ka p\u00ebrmbushur t\u00eb gjitha kriteret dhe kishte propozuar liberalizim. Parlamenti Evropian e ka mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim, mir\u00ebpo disa vende skeptike si Franca dhe Holanda nuk jan\u00eb pajtuar me vler\u00ebsimet e Komisionit n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. N\u00eb mesin e shqet\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb tyre, ishte edhe ajo e rritjes s\u00eb numrit t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb synonin BE-n\u00eb dhe keqp\u00ebrdorimin e liris\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar azil n\u00eb bllokun evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Raste t\u00eb tilla kan\u00eb ndodhur me shtetasit e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Gjeorgjis\u00eb dhe disa vendeve t\u00eb tjera. Zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb besojn\u00eb se tani ekziston \u201cmoment pozitiv p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn\u201d, duke shtuar se ky proces \u201cduhet t\u00eb finalizohet brenda disa muajve\u201d. N\u00ebse arrihet pajtueshm\u00ebri, liberalizimi i vizave do t\u00eb vlej\u00eb p\u00ebr bart\u00ebsit e pasaportave biometrike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
