Si\u00e7 merr vesh gazeta kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb opsion dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 21 tetor, n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretarit p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Europiane dhe Euroaziatike t\u00eb Departamentit amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit, James O\u2019Brien, shkoi n\u00eb Kryeministri n\u00eb takim me shefin e ekzekutivit, Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>Nga komunikata e l\u00ebshuar nga Zyra e Kurtit u tha se temat e diskutuara n\u00eb takim ishin rreth raporteve me Serbin\u00eb, procesin e dialogut t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes Bazike dhe Aneksit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb linj\u00eb me zbatim t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes Baz\u00eb, O\u2019Brien n\u00eb nj\u00eb paraqitje televizive ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se se SHBA-ja pret nga Kosova q\u00eb ta d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb draft-statutin p\u00ebr Asociacionin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese p\u00ebr shqyrtim.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Brien k\u00ebt\u00eb mesazh e kishte p\u00ebr\u00e7uar edhe nga mediumi publik serb para se t\u00eb vinte n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb ai nuk ka p\u00ebrmendur afate.<\/p>\n<div id=\"adxp_third_article\"><\/div>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgim n\u00eb Kushtetuese Kosov\u00ebs iu b\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga shtetet per\u00ebndimire n\u00eb maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti para se t\u00eb mblidhej Komiteti i Ministrave i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs \u2013 nj\u00eb takim q\u00eb ndodh zakonisht n\u00eb maj \u00e7do vit. Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs s\u2019e nd\u00ebrmori k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim dhe si nd\u00ebshkim k\u00ebrkesa s\u2019u fut as n\u00eb agjend\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht votimit t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm pro an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Asambleja Parlamentare e k\u00ebsaj organizate. Humbja e k\u00ebtij shansi p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00ebnkuptoi shtyrje t\u00eb procesit edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, a mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtohet dhe p\u00ebrmbyllet an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb KiE.<\/p>\n<p>Gazeta Express ka kontaktuar me Ministrin\u00eb e Jashtme t\u00eb Lituanis\u00eb, e cila aktualisht mban Presidenc\u00ebn e Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb KiE deri m\u00eb 13 n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje, MPJ e Lituanis\u00eb tha se s\u2019mund t\u00eb konfirmoj\u00eb n\u00ebse k\u00ebrkesa e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb mbledhjet e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministrave n\u00eb n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi\u00e7 mund ta dini, Komiteti i Ministrave t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs takohet n\u00eb nivel ministror nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit, zakonisht n\u00eb maj, prandaj nj\u00eb takim i till\u00eb nuk parashikohet gjat\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs Lituaneze t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs (17-05-2024 \u2013 13-11-2024). Komisioni takohet edhe n\u00eb nivel z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministrash \u00e7do jav\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb nuk jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb konfirmojm\u00eb se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e takimeve t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministrave t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, Lituania tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimet e shteteve an\u00ebtare mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa tha se mb\u00ebshtet dialogun e Brukselit<\/p>\n<div id=\"adxp_fourth_article\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cSi Presidenc\u00eb e Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave, Lituania \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e t\u00eb gjitha shteteve an\u00ebtare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe t\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb procesi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mos mbjell\u00eb ndarje, por p\u00ebrkundrazi forcon organizat\u00ebn, si dhe mb\u00ebshtet objektivat dhe angazhimet e dialogut Prishtin\u00eb-Beograd i leht\u00ebsuar nga BE\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria lituaneze tha se \u00e7do aplikim p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb vete q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb qasje individuale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb sidomos rasti me Kosov\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lituania tha se beson se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb personat q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin pakic\u00ebs s\u00eb saj serbe, duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb europiane dhe qasje n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Europiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund, MPJ e Lituanis\u00eb tregoi edhe mbi q\u00ebndrimin q\u00eb mban si shtet karshi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb kapacitetin ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, Lituania mb\u00ebshtet plot\u00ebsisht an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Europ\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ministrja e Jashtme, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, para dy dit\u00ebsh kishte q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Europ\u00ebs ku ishte takuar me Sekretarin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs, Alain Berset.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo insistoi se Republika e Kosov\u00ebs ka plot\u00ebsuar t\u00eb gjitha kushtet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim dhe \u201cpresim me padurim t\u00eb ecim p\u00ebrpara drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga mekanizmat mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi nj\u00eb shtet me p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb sundim t\u00eb ligjit, demokratizim dhe mbrojtje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, t\u00eb konfirmuara edhe nga raportet m\u00eb kredibile nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nga mekanizmat mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate dhe t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb forcimin e vlerave t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb nivel europian\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mes t\u00eb prillit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti Asambleja Parlamentare votoi me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb votash raportin q\u00eb rekomandonte an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizat\u00ebn lidere t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut. Ky sukses thuajse bindi krer\u00ebt e institucioneve se edhe votimi i radh\u00ebs p\u00ebrfundimtar n\u00eb Komitet t\u00eb Ministrave do t\u00eb kishte t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetje.
