Fenomenet turbulente, egoiste e individualiste, asociale e sociopatike q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn personale dhe sjelljet individuale jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb problematike, konfuze, shqet\u00ebsuese. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb shpjegosh shkaqet e k\u00ebsaj situate, t\u00eb lidhura me historin\u00eb, kultur\u00ebn dhe qytet\u00ebrimin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00ebsht\u00eb imperative, n\u00ebse duam t\u00eb rregullojm\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, sjelljet e individit, duhet t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb determinimet sociale e kulturore t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs historike dhe qytetaris\u00eb aktuale, sepse akoma n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri jan\u00eb evidente, madje sunduese q\u00ebndrimet e nj\u00ebanshme, t\u00eb bazuara dhe t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuara her\u00eb nga ide t\u00eb vjetra doktrinariste, jo kompatibile me natyr\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb postmoderne q\u00eb jetojm\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste nga tendencat asociale e anarkike t\u00eb njeriut superindividualist. Tashm\u00eb tejet anormale, shqet\u00ebsuese deri n\u00eb shfaqjen e sjelljeve asociale, pse jo edhe veprimeve konkrete e t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme me natyr\u00eb antisociale.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-color: #fff9c0;\" src=\"https:\/\/ads2.panorama.com.al\/www\/delivery\/lg.php?bannerid=0&amp;campaignid=0&amp;zoneid=1084&amp;loc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.panorama.com.al%2Fvetem-liri-apo-edhe-pergjegjesi%2F&amp;referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.panorama.com.al%2Fcategory%2Fopinion%2F&amp;cb=95c36d526b\" alt=\"\" width=\"0\" height=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse kan\u00eb kaluar tri dekada, q\u00eb duhet teorikisht dhe sociologjikisht t\u00eb konsiderohen t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar procesin makrosocial t\u00eb \u201caxhustimi\u201d t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve midis nevojave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr kohezion social e vlera t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta morale e qytet\u00ebruese dhe d\u00ebshirave normale apo eksentrike t\u00eb individit, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese distanca ekzistuese n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs son\u00eb sociale, midis liris\u00eb individuale e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb qytetare. Nj\u00eb \u201cekuacion\u201d t\u00eb cilit akoma nuk i kemi kushtuar v\u00ebmendjen e duhur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur zgjidhjet optimale e normale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar implementimin e ekuilibruar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve midis individit, dhe raporteve t\u00eb tij me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, si kusht p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb funksionale k\u00ebrkesat e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb sjelljes dhe veprimtaris\u00eb personale.<\/p>\n<p>Duke b\u00ebr\u00eb krahasim me standardet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb moderne europiane, duket se situata anomike bashk\u00eb me kuptimet sempliste dhe ekscentrik\u00eb t\u00eb raporteve midis liris\u00eb personale dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201chara\u00e7\u201d q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria duhej dhe vazhdon padrejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb p\u00ebr fillimet e ndryshimeve t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura n\u00eb koncepte nihiliste asociale, individualisht t\u00eb pabazuara sempliste e anarkiste t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb proceseve demokratike, apo si rezultat i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb dijeve dhe konceptimit antinomik e t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebzuar t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb kalimit nga diktatura n\u00eb demokraci. Padurimi social, ideja fillestare dominante dhe e mezipritur e konceptit t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si njeri i shk\u00ebputur nga \u201cprangat e ndryshkura\u201d t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb totalitare dhe konvencionet e ngurta morale, soll\u00ebn v\u00ebrtet\u00eb tek njer\u00ebzit tan\u00eb nj\u00eb autonomi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe morale dhe shpirt\u00ebrore, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, edhe nj\u00eb prishje t\u00eb relacioneve t\u00eb individit me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Konceptimi i liris\u00eb individuale, si relacion t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht personal, si ndjenj\u00eb asociale, ka sjell\u00eb njeriun autonom dhe t\u00eb \u201cizoluar\u201d q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet dhe i plot\u00ebson vet, nevojat e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb jesh i verb\u00ebr, t\u00eb mos kuptosh, se n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, si n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendet e tjera, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar nj\u00eb \u201ckultur\u00eb jete\u201d, e mb\u00ebshtetur jo n\u00eb besimin dhe optimiz\u00ebm social, por nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb individualiste me irritabilitet social n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebra. P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente tendenca e dukshme e nihilimit t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe vlerave morale me dimension social, nj\u00eb lul\u00ebzim i shfrenuar i modelit t\u00eb sjelljes, bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb etik\u00ebs individualiste. Shembja e idoleve t\u00eb dikurshme, morale dhe ekzistenciale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, dhe nevoja e implementimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb ri t\u00eb vlerave etike, ka krijuar nj\u00eb \u201crr\u00ebmuj\u00eb sociale\u201d vlerash, besimesh, simbolesh q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb njeriun p\u00ebr t\u00eb dalluar at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e trash\u00ebguar dhe q\u00eb vlen, nga ajo q\u00eb duhet flakur si e padobishme.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht duke qen\u00eb kund\u00ebr recidivave t\u00eb kolektivizmit apo komunitarizmit mekanik, duhet pranuar q\u00eb individualizimi i jet\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konstante e pakthyeshme, tipar esencial, kuintesenc\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb moderne shqiptare. Por q\u00eb t\u00eb realizojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sfid\u00eb, duhen rregulluar \u201cekuilibrat sociale\u201d, n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet reciproke midis individit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, tendenc\u00ebs individualiste dhe nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndjenja sociale e komunitare, si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr harmonizimit t\u00eb interesave. M\u00ebnyra individualiste e t\u00eb jetuarit, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cvler\u00eb e shtuar\u201d e modernitetit, \u201ckusht i panegociuesh\u00ebm\u201d p\u00ebr suksesin, karrier\u00ebn dhe prosperitetin individual t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n<div><ins id=\"revive-0-26\" data-revive-zoneid=\"1015\" data-revive-id=\"0a5067886004a72d5b41c8f4bd9c2af9\" data-revive-seq=\"26\" data-revive-loaded=\"1\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"beacon_b239ac0e5d\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ads2.panorama.com.al\/www\/delivery\/lg.php?bannerid=0&amp;campaignid=0&amp;zoneid=1015&amp;loc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.panorama.com.al%2Fvetem-liri-apo-edhe-pergjegjesi%2F&amp;referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.panorama.com.al%2Fcategory%2Fopinion%2F&amp;cb=b239ac0e5d\" alt=\"\" width=\"0\" height=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<p>Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb normale q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb fam\u00ebs, suksesit, karrier\u00ebs, fitimit, imazhit, protagonizmit, dukjes, q\u00eb jan\u00eb ndjenja kuintesenciale t\u00eb njeriut modern, t\u00eb prishen radikalisht balancat sociale, t\u00eb deformohen raportet e njeriut me familjen, grupet sociale, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. Shoq\u00ebri\u00a0moderne nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb saj njeriun q\u00eb mendon vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vete, egoist dhe asocial, ekscentrik, q\u00eb ndjek \u201crrug\u00ebn e tij\u201d pa pyetur p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe vlerat e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh \u201cvetja\u201d dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, i lidhur me t\u00eb \u201ctjer\u00ebt\u201d ka ndryshuar shum\u00eb, sepse duket qart\u00eb se prirja p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar lidhjet me t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn \u201cshoq\u00ebri e madhe\u201d. Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr duke ecur sipas logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs moderne t\u00eb konceptuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme, kemi filluar t\u00eb ndejm\u00eb humbjet nga reduktimi evident i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve sociale. Sipas mendimit tim, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e sotme shqiptare, lidhjet sociale kan\u00eb ndryshuar n\u00eb \u201csasi\u201d, por ato duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore, t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta. Sepse n\u00eb thelb jan\u00eb shtuar mund\u00ebsit\u00eb, jan\u00eb zgjeruar nevojat, imperativ\u00ebt e \u201cpaduksh\u00ebm\u201d, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb organike q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb, t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie sociale dobiprur\u00ebse me t\u00eb \u201ctjer\u00ebt\u201d, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet an\u00ebtar\u00ebsive sociale, lidhjeve t\u00eb shumta dhe t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta interpersonale.<\/p>\n<p>Normalisht \u00ebsht\u00eb tem\u00eb e dit\u00ebs dhe natyrisht q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit diskutojn\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar me disa realitete superindividualiste q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb zbehjen e lidhjeve jo vet\u00ebm sociale por sidomos ato t\u00eb jet\u00ebs intime, lidhjeve t\u00eb gjakut, fisit, fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb lidhje intensive, dominante p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb tradicionale t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Ato mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb form\u00ebn dhe intensitetin e tyre, nuk duhen zhdukur mekanikisht por duhen z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me \u201clidhje t\u00eb reja\u201d m\u00eb moderne. Sepse njeriu si pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, krijon korrelacione m\u00eb t\u00eb zgjeruara, intensive, dobiprur\u00ebse p\u00ebrmes marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me shum\u00eb asociacione, shoqata, grupe interesi, t\u00eb cilat gjithsesi kan\u00eb n\u00eb platform\u00ebn e tyre realizimin e disa \u201cq\u00ebllimeve kolektive\u201d, t\u00eb cilat njeriu i vet\u00ebm sado i fort\u00eb dhe individualist t\u00eb jet\u00eb, nuk mund t\u2019i realizoj\u00eb pa pasur lidhje sociale me njer\u00ebzit e tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb esenc\u00eb t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb liria individuale t\u00eb kuptohet edhe si \u201cp\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi sociale. Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb po p\u00ebrballet me pranin\u00eb e individ\u00ebve ekscentrike, anarkist\u00eb social, deri n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e sjelljeve sociopatike. Sasia e veprime abuzive, destruktive, t\u00eb dhunshme e kriminale, jan\u00eb tregues t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb njeriut pa \u201cp\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi sociale\u201d, q\u00eb mendon p\u00ebr vete, pa llogaritur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, duke shp\u00ebrfillur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb flagrante nevoj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrshtatjes me sistemin e vlerave dhe determinant\u00ebt social. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn t\u00eb bazuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb unin e tyre t\u00eb \u201ckulluar\u201d, shoq\u00ebruar me anomali sociale, sjellje e pasione t\u00eb pakontrolluara, jan\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb zgjerim patologjik, por po tentojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb shtres\u00eb evidente dhe fenomen social bezdis\u00ebs p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb. P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ajo po p\u00ebrballet ekzistencialisht ashp\u00ebr me njer\u00ebz q\u00eb shfaqin devijime t\u00eb rrezikshme kriminale, munges\u00eb t\u00eb vetp\u00ebrmbajtjes urbane, duke neglizhuar nevoj\u00ebn e shfaqjes s\u00eb domosdoshme t\u00eb pjekuris\u00eb qytetare dhe racionalitet human. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb tipologjikisht njer\u00ebz t\u00eb izoluar \u201cbrenda vetes\u201d, indiferent\u00eb ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve publike, nga q\u00eb kan\u00eb prirje p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb \u201catomizuar\u201d dhe izoluar ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve sociale, duke mbivler\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm aspektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me sjelljet e tyre individualiste, egoiste e konkurrenciale. Ata e kan\u00eb lirin\u00eb t\u00eb konceptuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme dhe pa menduar p\u00ebr an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cekuacionit\u201d, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb sociale. Kjo kategori sociale shfaq prirje t\u00eb individualizmit, si raport i \u201cvetes me vetveten\u201d, pa pasur lidhje, pa respektuar rregullat, normat e vlerat q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb personalitetin e tyre dhe garantojn\u00eb shfaqjen e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb qytetare si qenie shoq\u00ebrore. Ky proces i \u201cdenatyrimit social\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shtrese shoq\u00ebrore bezdis\u00ebse dhe shqet\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, po sjell efekte degraduese p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. Personalisht mendoj se jemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb, q\u00eb duhet vler\u00ebsuar integralisht, sociologjikisht por edhe n\u00eb trajt\u00eb empirike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb, kuptuar dhe interpretuar drejt situat\u00ebn shqet\u00ebsuese, gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb kaotike, q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb ngat\u00ebrrimi konceptual dhe real, i raporteve t\u00eb reja midis autonomis\u00eb dhe integritetit vetjak t\u00eb njeriut si shprehje e sigurt e liris\u00eb, me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e sjelljes individuale n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse vazhdojm\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb me rrezik q\u00eb ky ekuacion ekzistencial ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ec\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e degradimit dhe afunksionalitetit. Terapia sociale k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb t\u00eb kultivojm\u00eb n\u00eb familje, shkoll\u00eb, shoq\u00ebri civile dhe gjith\u00eb institucionet e siguris\u00eb morale dhe kultur\u00ebs qytetare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201caksion komb\u00ebtar\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar raportet e sjelljes, midis koncepsioneve morale detyruese dhe liris\u00eb subjektive, objektivave utilitariste, dobiprur\u00ebse t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb individit. Nuk jam pesimist, as i mbuluar nga d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi p\u00ebr situatat q\u00eb kalojm\u00eb.
