Shkelje m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes sa kaq nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb. Serbia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar q\u00eb t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen dhe presoni ndaj Kosov\u00ebs qe e vetme t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen un\u00eb konsideroj se \u00ebsht\u00eb i padrejt\u00eb. Kosova dhe Serbia duhet t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb n\u00eb plotni marr\u00ebveshjet e arritura dhe nd\u00ebr to \u00ebsht\u00eb natyrisht edhe themelimi i Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe. Gjithmon\u00eb sipas frym\u00ebs s\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe germ\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. Se kush duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim t\u00eb till\u00eb, aktvendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese n\u00eb raport me draftin e Asociacionit t\u00eb vitit 2015 \u00ebsht\u00eb treguesi i qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb rruge duhet t\u00eb ndjek Kosova. Natyrisht n\u00ebse serb\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar q\u00eb t\u00eb themelojn\u00eb nj\u00eb OJQ nd\u00ebrmjet komunave t\u00eb tyre mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb. Si e till\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte edhe nevojshme por edhe nj\u00eb veprim q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me kushtetut\u00ebn dhe frym\u00ebn e saj\u201d, thekson Imeri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, politologu, Arbnor Sadiku, thot\u00eb se pavar\u00ebsisht insistimit amerikan q\u00eb qeveria Kurti t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb Kushtetuese draftin e Asociacionit, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme m\u00eb 9 shkurt 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTema boshe ose ky\u00e7e e cila ka bllokuar t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrparimet n\u00eb dialog nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Asociacioni i komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, q\u00eb Kurti tash e quan vet\u00ebmenaxhim. Ata po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hapin e par\u00eb dhe mos t\u00eb predikoj\u00eb rezultatin q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb Gjykata Kushtetuese p\u00ebr dokumentin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Si fillim t\u00eb nisin procedur\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb hapin e par\u00eb dhe pas k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb bisedohet p\u00ebr hapa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.
