Mir\u00ebpo, Agjencia Kosovare e Privatizimit thot\u00eb se tani k\u00ebto objekte jan\u00eb n\u00ebn kontrollin e saj dhe jan\u00eb shpallur tender\u00eb p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve k\u00ebto objekte jan\u00eb marr\u00eb me qira apo jan\u00eb bler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb po shpresojn\u00eb pronar\u00ebt e rinj?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb ur\u00ebs kryesore mbi lumin Ib\u00ebr n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb t\u00eb Veriut, n\u00eb 28 vjet\u00ebt e fundit ka ekzistuar nj\u00eb kafene e quajtur \u201cDol\u00e7e vita\u201d. Pronari vinte nga radh\u00ebt e komunitetit serb.<\/p>\n<p>Lokali dikur i takonte nd\u00ebrmarrjes shoq\u00ebrore, Luks, nd\u00ebrsa sot \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Kosovare t\u00eb Privatizimit. Pasi kjo agjenci shpalli tender publik, objekti u ble nga nj\u00eb shqiptar i Kosov\u00ebs dhe kafeneja ka marr\u00eb emrin \u201cC\u2019est la vie\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Menaxheri i k\u00ebsaj kafeneje, Nexhat Haliti, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb se ky biznes ka klient\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSot (15 gusht) \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb muaj q\u00eb kur kemi nisur t\u00eb punojm\u00eb. Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt jan\u00eb duke rinovuar, fqinj\u00ebt nga komuniteti serb na kan\u00eb pritur shum\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>Misini thot\u00eb se fillimisht planifikon t\u00eb pun\u00ebsoj\u00eb 12 pun\u00ebtor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKa persona njer\u00ebz q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar, kan\u00eb aplikuar qytetar\u00eb nga komuniteti boshnjak dhe serb.
