grad\u00ebn rreshter, pas nj\u00eb periudhe mbi 11 vjet, me dat\u00ebn 12.02.2024 kishte shpallur procesin e gradimit p\u00ebr grad\u00ebn rreshter, personel ky\u00e7 p\u00ebr mbik\u00ebqyrje t\u00eb vij\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebrbimit sa m\u00eb efektiv ndaj qytetar\u00ebve.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb konkurs, Policia e Kosov\u00ebs ishte angazhuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen dhe mbar\u00ebvajtjen e t\u00ebr\u00eb procesit, duke angazhuar personel t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm si dhe duke caktuar komisionet mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fazave t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb gradimit p\u00ebr grad\u00ebn rreshter.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse i t\u00ebr\u00eb procesi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb testimin me shkrim, ishte mir\u00eb i p\u00ebrgatitur dhe i organizuar, megjithat\u00eb pas shprehjes s\u00eb disa pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsive nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i kandidat\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, Policia e Kosov\u00ebs duke u bazuar n\u00eb parimet e transparenc\u00ebs, etik\u00ebs, vlerave themelore, integritetit profesional dhe besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb, ka angazhuar stafin policor n\u00eb analizimin e procesit, gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs (IPK) i cili\u00a0 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb inspektim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi.<\/p>\n<p>Bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjeturat e stafit policor t\u00eb angazhuar p\u00ebr analizim t\u00eb procesit si dhe raportit t\u00eb inspektimit t\u00eb IPK-s\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se procesi ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi i rregullt dhe mir\u00eb i organizuar, p\u00ebrjashtimisht disa procedurave dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve teknike e administrative, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat IPK-ja ka
