Me ket\u00eb dat\u00eb e kemi kryer edhe ekzaminimin e jasht\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs si dhe provat biologjike. Ekzaminimi \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer konfirm standardeve evropiane me kushtet q\u00eb posedon IML n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb\u201d, tha Haliti.<\/p>\n<p>Ai foli edhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ka ardhur deri t\u00eb vdekja e t\u00eb ndjer\u00ebs Osmani.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi p\u00ebrshkruar se vdekja e s\u00eb ndjer\u00ebs ka ardhur si pasoj\u00eb l\u00ebndimeve t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta q\u00eb quhet si poli traum\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur ai pasoj\u00eb e d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb organeve vitale q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shkaktuar nga mjetet e topitura\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykat\u00ebsi e pyeti p\u00ebr detajet q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Haliti n\u00eb autopsi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb l\u00ebndimet e shumta, thyerje t\u00eb brinj\u00ebve, etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPas ekzaminimit t\u00eb kufom\u00ebs, i kemi shkruar t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebndimet, politrauma duhet t\u00eb specifikohet \u00e7do l\u00ebndim ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7, mekanizmi i vdekjes mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm, nga asfiksia, p\u00ebrplasja goditja. K\u00ebto l\u00ebndime kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli\u201d, tha Haliti.<\/p>\n<p>Kujtojm\u00eb se m\u00eb 4 gusht 2023, Gjykata Themelore e Ferizajt e ka d\u00ebnuar me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm Dardan Krivaq\u00ebn p\u00ebr vrasje e Marigona Osmanit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa Arb\u00ebr Sejdiu ishte d\u00ebnuar me 15 vite burgim p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb vrasjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje.
