Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Ferizaj ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurit me inicialet Xh.D., nga fshati Dubrav\u00eb, i cili gjendet n\u00eb paraburgim, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit t\u00eb bazuar se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhunimi\u201d.<\/h3>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, ekziston dyshimi i bazuar mir\u00eb se nga data 01 e deri m\u00eb 02 maj t\u00eb vitit 2024, n\u00eb nj\u00eb motel n\u00eb Ferizaj, i pandehuri Xh.D., me dashje e detyron t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn- si viktim\u00eb e ndjeshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb kufizuara mendore, q\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta t\u00eb kryej\u00eb akt seksual pa p\u00eblqim, n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb fillimisht e josh t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes rrjetit social \u201cFacebook\u201d q\u00eb t\u00eb takohen, ku e d\u00ebmtuara i bindet t\u00eb pandehurit dhe i nj\u00ebjti e hip n\u00eb vetur\u00eb dhe duke e par\u00eb dhe qen\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr gjendjen e saj psikike, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vetur\u00eb e d\u00ebrgon t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn n\u00eb motel n\u00eb Ferizaj dhe gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe e detyron t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb kryej\u00eb akt seksual disa her\u00eb dhe ndaj saj ushtron edhe dhun\u00eb fizike, duke i shkaktuar l\u00ebndime trupore.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 thuhet tutje n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb, n\u00eb fund i pandehuri me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vetur\u00eb q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn e d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vend ku e kishte marr\u00eb dhe e l\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, me \u00e7ka ekziston dyshimi i bazuar se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhunimi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Prokurori i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, me rastin e ngritjes s\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, i ka propozuar Gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb pas mbajtjes s\u00eb shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor, administrimit t\u00eb provave dhe vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tyre, i pandehuri i lartcekur t\u00eb shpallet fajtor p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn akuzohet dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet sipas ligjit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
