Ish-kryeministri Avdullah Hoti ka reaguar pas gjetjeve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs \u201cDemokraci Plus\u201d p\u00ebr shpenzimin e parave t\u00eb shtetit nga Ministria e Financave p\u00ebr kontrata p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Hoti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se abuzimi me paran\u00eb publike \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja se pse nuk po shihen rezultatet n\u00eb ekonomi edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr faktit se jan\u00eb shpenzuar 11 miliard\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Sipas Hotit, n\u00eb abuzim futen kontratat nj\u00ebburimore, kontratat p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Financave, pagesa t\u00eb avancave q\u00eb Hoti thot\u00eb se po b\u00ebhen si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe subvencionet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrjet publike dhe p\u00ebr rrym\u00ebn n\u00eb Veri.<\/p>\n

Organizata \u201cDemokraci Plus\u201d v\u00ebrteton abuzimin tjet\u00ebr me paran\u00eb publike t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave p\u00ebrmes kontratave p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta. Pun\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e departamenteve dhe duhet t\u00eb kryhen nga zyrtar\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, Ministria paguan konsulent\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm duke d\u00ebmtuar buxhetin e shtetit.<\/p>\n

1. Pun\u00ebt e Departamentit t\u00eb Tatimit n\u00eb Pron\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat angazhohen konsulent\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00eb, p\u00ebrshijn\u00eb: sqarime p\u00ebr komuna lidhur me tatimin n\u00eb pron\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat mbi detyrimet e komunave, bashk\u00ebpunimin me Zyrat e Tatimit n\u00eb Pron\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr komuna etj.<\/p>\n

2. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Departamenti p\u00ebr Vler\u00ebsimin e Pronave t\u00eb Paluajtshme, ku p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim angazhohen konsulent\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm: vler\u00ebsimi i pronave t\u00eb paluajtshme, p\u00ebrdorimin e sistemit t\u00eb TI-s\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e pronave, p\u00ebrgatitjen e raporteve lidhur me shpron\u00ebsimet dhe k\u00ebmbimet e pronave etj.<\/p>\n

Abuzimi me paran\u00eb publike \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja p\u00ebrse nuk shohim rezultate n\u00eb ekonomi nga shpenzimi i 11 miliard\u00eb eurove q\u00eb ka pasur kjo qeveri n\u00eb menaxhim gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij mandati. Ky abuzim p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb:<\/p>\n
