Presidentja e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani, ka folur sot n\u00eb Samitin e Kopenhag\u00ebs p\u00ebr Demokraci lidhur me marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr Normalizim n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ngecjen n\u00eb zbatimin e saj.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Osmani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosova ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Brukseli zyrtar q\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa e tyre drejt pal\u00ebve t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr implementim paralel t\u00eb obligimeve q\u00eb dalin nga marr\u00ebveshje. E para e shtetit ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se obligimi kryesor p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nga marr\u00ebveshja \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i Asociacionit, megjithat\u00eb thot\u00eb se Serbia n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb njohjen de-facto n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe kemi k\u00ebrkuar nga BE-ja q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nga t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt t\u00eb implementojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paralele. Ne s\u2019jemi duke ikur nga obligimet q\u00eb dalin nga ajo marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, por Serbia duhet t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Presidentja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Serbia po e b\u00ebn t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se s\u2019do ta njoh\u00eb kurr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, de-facto apo de-jure, dhe se s\u2019do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb nga Macron, Scholz dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb lider\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb. Por Serbia b\u00ebn pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn dhe thot\u00eb q\u00eb kurr\u00eb s\u2019do ta njohim Kosov\u00ebn de-jure apo de-facto, s\u2019do ta lejojm\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb se ku jan\u00eb masat mbrojt\u00ebse q\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb masat mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb siguris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e lejojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Asociacion t\u00eb dal\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht jasht\u00eb kontrollit. \u00a0T\u00eb shikojm\u00eb problemet q\u00eb Bosnja ka p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Republika Srpskas\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb presidentja Osmani, raporton Gazeta Express.<\/p>\n

Ajo tutje ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se m\u00ebnyra e vetme se si e gjith\u00eb situata mund t\u00eb funksionoj, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja t\u00eb implementohet dhe jo q\u00eb t\u2019i k\u00ebrkohet vet\u00ebm Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha obligimet dhe Serbia t\u00eb lejohet t\u00eb ec\u00eb p\u00ebrpara me \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron. Kur e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, Osmani ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe shembullin e\u00a0 aplikimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshill t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe kusht\u00ebzimin q\u00eb po i b\u00ebhet Kosov\u00ebs me themelim t\u00eb Asociacionit.<\/p>\n

Osmani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kur Kosova k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb edhe Serbia implementimin paralel t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, pra q\u00eb t\u00eb votoj\u00eb pro an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshill t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ndaj Serbis\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebn askush nga hisedar\u00ebt n\u00eb dialog dhe sipas presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs derisa ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb balancit n\u00eb dialog, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb po shkat\u00ebrron edhe besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e procesit.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00ebnyra e vetme se si kjo mund t\u00eb funksionoj \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja implementohet, dhe jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet nga Kosova q\u00eb t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjithat dhe t\u00eb lejohet Serbia t\u00eb ecin tutje me \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb ata duan. P\u00ebr shembull n\u00eb kemi aplikuar p\u00ebr K\u00ebshill t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe kemi kaluar faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb me sukses dhe tani po na thuhet q\u00eb duhet ta implementoni Asociacionin, dhe mir\u00eb kur ne pyesim se a do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Serbia implementimin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paralel, pra q\u00eb t\u00eb votoj\u00eb \u201cpro\u201d an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshill t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, epo askush nuk po ua k\u00ebrkon atyre k\u00ebt\u00eb. Mendoj se derisa ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb balancave, kjo po shkat\u00ebrron besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e dialogut. N\u00ebse ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pal\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb, cili \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimi i t\u00eb pasurit nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe dialogut.Pse duhet t\u00eb ulemi me Serin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruajm\u00eb k\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshjet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb presidentja Osmani.<\/p>\n

Ajo tutje ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe ofert\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshjen e dal\u00eb nga plani franko-gjerman dhe refuzimin e Serbis\u00eb, t\u00eb deklaruar edhe publikisht dhe zyrtarisht nga kryeministrja serbe. Osmani thot\u00eb se edhe pse B\u00ebrnabiq e ka deklaruar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb publikisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb forum nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, askush nga lider\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb apo t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare nuk i kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar llogari Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shefja e shtetit tutje ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosov\u00ebs po i k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb ec\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb anshme me implementim pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn Serbia. Megjithat\u00eb thot\u00eb se Kosova do ta b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00ebse s\u2019do t\u00eb kishte rreziqe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb nga Asociacioni dhe n\u00ebse s\u2019do t\u00eb dihej historia e Republika Srpskas n\u00eb Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb ofruam n\u00ebnshkrimin e planit franko-gjerman dhe Serbia asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019deshi ta n\u00ebnshkruaj, presidenti serb tha q\u00eb kam dhimbje n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe kryeministrja serbe n\u00eb sy t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb lider\u00ebve ku isha edhe un\u00eb, tha q\u00eb Serbia s\u2019do ta implementoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe d\u00ebrguan nj\u00eb let\u00ebr q\u00eb konfirmon t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn. Dhe asnj\u00eb lider i BE-s\u00eb asnj\u00eb lider i vendeve an\u00ebtare n\u00eb at\u00eb sall\u00eb nuk tha se \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoni q\u00eb s\u2019do ta pranoni.
