Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka caktuar nj\u00eb muaj paraburgim kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pandehurit S.M, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit se ka kryer veprat penale \u201cBashkimi p\u00ebr veprimtari kund\u00ebr kushtetuese\u201d, \u00a0\u201cRrezikimi i personave n\u00ebn mbrojtje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d, \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb turm\u00eb q\u00eb kryen vep\u00ebr penale dhe huliganizmi\u201d dhe \u201cSulmi ndaj personit zyrtar\u201d, lidhur me trazirat e majit n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gjykata p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb komunikate p\u00ebr media ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur \u201cse ekzistojn\u00eb arsyet ligjore p\u00ebr caktimin e paraburgimit, duke marr\u00eb parasysh m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb kryer veprat penale, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht rrezikshm\u00ebrin\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb veprave penale, pasojat nga t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb l\u00ebnduar shum\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar t\u00eb KFOR-it, zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb e qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, si dhe d\u00ebmet materiale t\u00eb shumta nga djegia dhe d\u00ebmtimi fizik, tregon mjaftuesh\u00ebm se i pandehuri n\u00ebse lihet q\u00eb t\u00eb mbrohet n\u00eb liri do t\u00eb tentoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb provat e vepr\u00ebs penale, duke ndikuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjenden t\u00eb lir\u00eb si dhe d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt tjer\u00eb eventual\u00eb, po ashtu n\u00eb rastin konkret ekziston edhe rreziku i ikjes s\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit, i nj\u00ebjti leht\u00eb mund t\u00eb arratiset duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb faktin se i pandehuri S.M \u00ebsht\u00eb shtetas edhe i Serbis\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse lihet n\u00eb liri, mund t\u00eb arratis\u00ebt, andaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast caktimi i paraburgimit \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb se i arsyesh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gjykata ka vler\u00ebsuar se pandehuri S.M \u00ebsht\u00eb shtetas edhe i Serbis\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse lihet n\u00eb liri, mund t\u00eb arratis\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

\u201cI pandehuri S.M dyshohet se me nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb dyshuar ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs i protestave t\u00eb organizuara me dat\u00eb 29.05.2023 para objektit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs se Zve\u00e7anit, duke sulmuar pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb KFOR-it dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si dhe duke p\u00ebrdorur shkum\u00eb ka tentuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb bllokimin e ventilimit t\u00eb vetur\u00ebs s\u00eb Policis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn n\u00eb ato momente gjendeshin t\u00eb ngujuar brenda n\u00eb vetur\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb, e \u00a0q\u00ebllimi i t\u00eb pandehurit ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebtyre zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb t\u2019ju ndalet furnizimi me oksigjen duke rrezikuar seriozisht jet\u00ebn e zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb, me \u00e7ka nga veprimet e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb pandehuri p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha elementet e veprave penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat dyshohet\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
