Pastaj i takon Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00ebse drafti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs dhe me aktgjykimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb stabilitetit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht p\u00ebr paqe, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr shkak se duhet ta ruajm\u00eb funksionalitetin e shtetit ton\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb sigurt q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn para se t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren hapa p\u00ebr zbatimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Asociacionit\u201d, kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb Osmani.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProcesi i dakordimit, n\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjet e 2013 e 2015 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb verifikimit t\u00eb akteve t\u00eb kryera ligjore. Ligji p\u00ebr Asociacion, Statut i Asociacionit a di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ngjashme),\u00a0 n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb verifikimin se a i p\u00ebrshtatet korniz\u00ebs juridike t\u00eb vendit.
