Elementin e thirrjes e cila b\u00ebhet q\u00eb vet\u00ebm formimi i Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr integrimin e komunitetit serb jan\u00eb rastet dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb integrimi i komunitetit serb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt tjera t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb e d\u00ebshmon t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. M\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunitetit p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato pakic\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs, garancia e vetme dhe kryesore p\u00ebr zbatimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve pa dallim n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti grupeve t\u00eb margjinalizuara \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs apo mekanizmi mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs q\u00eb vjen bashk\u00eb me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Asnj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti jo ata t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara nga Serbia p\u00ebr arsye se Serbia vet si shtet ka qen\u00eb shklesja dhe mbetet kryesore e t\u00eb drejtave serbe, shteti i cili me mekanizmat e vet indimidon, dhunon dhe d\u00ebmton pron\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet, luan me procesin e vendimmarrjes p\u00ebr fatin e tyre\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Kusari Lila ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se d\u00ebrgimi i draftit t\u00eb Asociacionit n\u00eb Kushtetuese dhe themelimi i saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kusht p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb KiE, por q\u00eb kjo do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pas an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb b\u00ebhej kusht\u00ebzim i m\u00ebtutjesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi procedur\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs, sic e dini edhe vet\u00eb raportuesja Dora Bakojanis, ka treguar q\u00eb kjo si procedur\u00eb nga institucionet e vendit do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pas an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb konfirmuar dhe n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tre krer\u00ebve t\u00eb shtetit si proces i cili nd\u00ebrlidh zbatimin e t\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb arritura apo dy marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb fundit k\u00ebt\u00eb rast Brukseli dhe Ohrit. Prandaj si i till\u00eb nuk do duhej t\u00eb ishte para kusht ose kusht\u00ebzim i m\u00ebtutjesh\u00ebm, Kosova deri m\u00eb tani ka treguar vullnet seriozitet dhe p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri, n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve por gjithashtu edhe n\u00eb ruajte t\u00eb vlerave demokratike dhe ruajte t\u00eb paqes dhe siguris\u00eb.
