Po e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris n\u00ebse tash nuk shkon n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese me aq sa kam informacion votimi shtyhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit\u201d<\/em>, tha Peci n\u00eb rtv21.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr dy vjet radhazi ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Kosova ta krijoj\u00eb draftin p\u00ebr Asociacionin. \u201cKur e pan\u00eb q\u00eb nuk u b\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb ata e krijuan vet draftin\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebshill \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm jo vet\u00ebm
