\u201cIshte nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb nga BE dje. Ne punojm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur BE-n\u00eb n\u00eb negociatat e dialogut..zot\u00ebri Stano e b\u00ebri shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe ne nuk kemi si t\u00eb mos dakordohemi se si BE i sheh k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra. SHBA k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha marr\u00ebveshjet e arritura n\u00eb dialog t\u00eb implementohen plot\u00ebsisht dhe ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb punojm\u00eb s\u00eb bashku\u201d.<\/p>\n
