Deputeti Shemsedin Dreshaj ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se me k\u00ebt\u00eb propozim parashihet t\u00eb largohet \u201cneni diskriminues\u201d i k\u00ebtij ligji, i cili parasheh q\u00eb \u00e7do person t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 15 vite p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune para vitit 1999 n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb pensionin kontributdh\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Dreshaj ka njoftuar q\u00eb kjo nism\u00eb do t\u00eb hidhet n\u00eb votim n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare t\u00eb s\u00eb enjtes dhe ka k\u00ebrkuar nga gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt ta mb\u00ebshtesin.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe propozimin q\u00eb ne kemi iniciuar, parashihet q\u00eb pensionet kontributdh\u00ebn\u00ebse t\u2019i g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pensionist\u00ebt var\u00ebsisht nga vitet q\u00eb kan\u00eb punuar para dat\u00ebs 1 janar 1999. Si\u00e7 e dini, kemi raste kur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, dikush q\u00eb nuk ka arritur t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb 15 vite nuk e g\u00ebzon pensionin e merituar\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur Dreshaj.<\/p>\n

Dreshaj tha se beson se kjo iniciativ\u00eb do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet edhe nga grupet tjera parlamentare e sidomos edhe nga partia q\u00eb ka shumic\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00ebrkes\u00eb e jona \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb largohet ky kusht\u00ebzim jologjik, i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm dhe diskriminues p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt viteve 90-ta ishin larguar dhunsh\u00ebm dhe jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm nga institucionet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm. Sa p\u00ebr informat\u00eb, kjo nism\u00eb legjislative ka kaluar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb hapat e domosdosh\u00ebm, madje edhe llogaritjen e kostos buxhetore\u201d, ka shtuar Dreshaj.<\/p>\n
