K\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb, diku rreth or\u00ebs 16:00, do t\u00eb zhvillohet debat p\u00ebr aplikimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sesion do t\u00eb diskutohet raporti i znj. Dora Bakoyannis, i cili duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb 2\/3 e votave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve e prezent\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Asambleja Parlamentare i ka 46 shtete an\u00ebtare me gjithsej 302 an\u00ebtar\u00eb plus 306 z\u00ebvend\u00ebsues. Jan\u00eb 34 shtete q\u00eb na kan\u00eb njohur, nd\u00ebrsa 14 q\u00eb nuk na kan\u00eb njohur.
