Raporti (05.04.)u b\u00eb i mundur pasi t\u00eb gjitha vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE dhe 17 vende partnere t\u00eb Europol vun\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas raportit, 821 banda me 25.000 an\u00ebtar\u00eb aktiv\u00eb funksinojn\u00eb si rrjete t\u00eb rrezikshme brenda BE, shumica e k\u00ebtyre bandave p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet\u00a0<a class=\"internal-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/sq\/droga\/t-66308154\">n\u00eb tregtin\u00eb e drog\u00ebs.<\/a>\u00a0Sipas analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb Europolit \u00e7do e dyta band\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktive n\u00eb tregtin\u00eb e drog\u00ebs, por aktivitetet ilegale jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, nga droga deri tek trafikimi i qenieve njer\u00ebzore e t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bandat shqiptare kryesojn\u00eb me drog\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rrjetet kriminale t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebra nga shtetas jo an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb BE m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti vijn\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria, Bosnja, Kina, Gjeorgjia, Islanda, Nigeria, Serbia, Turqia, Mbret\u00ebria e Bashkuar dhe Ukraina, thekson Europol. Rrjetet shqiptare t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb kryesisht nga an\u00ebtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb bandave jan\u00eb kryesisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb tregun e kokain\u00ebs, heroin\u00ebs e kanabisit kryesisht n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, Franc\u00eb, Gjermani, Itali, Holand\u00eb dhe Spanj\u00eb. Jasht\u00eb BE-s\u00eb ata operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Brazil, Kolumbi, Ekuador dhe n\u00eb vendin origjin\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Europol p\u00ebrmend si sukses n\u00eb raport shkat\u00ebrrimin e nj\u00eb bande t\u00eb madhe shqiptare t\u00eb drog\u00ebs n\u00eb 25 maj 2023, q\u00eb sillte drog\u00eb me kontenier\u00eb n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb. Droga sillej n\u00eb Gjermani me makina me sisteme t\u00eb rafinuara t\u00eb fshehjes dhe shp\u00ebrndahej n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u2019i ikur p\u00ebrndekjes ligjore shum\u00eb banda p\u00ebrdorin adoleshent\u00ebt p\u00ebr tregtin\u00eb e drog\u00ebs dhe aktivitete t\u00eb tjera kriminale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Korrupsioni dhe dhuna n\u00eb rend t\u00eb dit\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bandat nga Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor, ka theksuar Europol, jan\u00eb tejet brutale. \u201cDisa prej k\u00ebtyre bandave jan\u00eb t\u00eb specializuara ose kan\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb lart\u00eb tek dhuna ekstrene, rr\u00ebmbime dhe ekzekutime profesioniste, korrupsion, larje parash, tregti arm\u00ebsh dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh shp\u00ebrthyese, falsifikim dokumentesh\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb raportin e autoritetit policor t\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Korrupsioni \u00ebsht\u00eb element kryesor i bandave p\u00ebr t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb portet dhe zinxhir\u00ebt e logjistik\u00ebs. Duke u bazuar n\u00eb koordinator\u00ebt lokal\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tyre, rrjetet kriminale dep\u00ebrtojn\u00eb portet duke korruptuar personelin. Europol merr si shembull, Anversin belg. Shpesh fitimet nga tregtia me drog\u00ebn investohen n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimtari, ekonomin\u00eb e imobiljeve si edhe logjistik\u00eb dhe hoteleri.
