Sipas Kurtit, konflikti konsiston te shqiptar\u00ebt me shtetin serb dhe jo me popullin, duke e quajtur Beogradin si qend\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cimperializmi t\u00eb vock\u00ebl\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cKonflikti kryesor i shekullit XX \u00ebsht\u00eb midis kombit shqiptar dhe Serbis\u00eb si shtet. Jo n\u00eb mes t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe serb\u00ebve. Dallimi komb\u00ebtar nuk ka prodhuar konflikte, por Beogradi ka qen\u00eb qendra e nj\u00eb imperializmi t\u00eb vock\u00ebl sepse n\u00eb bot\u00eb nuk ka vet\u00ebm imperializ\u00ebm t\u00eb madh, por edhe imperializma t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebt. Fillimisht, Bullgaria ka qen\u00eb e preferuara e Mosk\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb flakadan prij\u00ebs se kush do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shteti q\u00eb prin n\u00eb Ballkan nga Bullgaria e rr\u00ebmbeu Serbia dhe ne i kemi t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto probleme q\u00eb nga Lidhja e Prizrenit e k\u00ebtej dhe q\u00eb shfaqen tek politikan\u00ebt sepse vet\u00ebm pyeti se \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb p\u00ebr Presidentin e Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, e nga k\u00ebto dallime mund t\u00eb gjesh shum\u00eb kollaj dhe shkakun, jo vet\u00ebm korrelacionin me dallimet q\u00eb i kemi pastaj me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n
