K\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs njoftoi se hapi i radh\u00ebs pritet m\u00eb 18 prill, kur Asambleja e plot\u00eb Parlamentare do t\u00eb votohet p\u00ebr opinionin p\u00ebrfundimtar p\u00ebr aplikimin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cVendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar merret nga Komiteti i Ministrave, i cili mbledh p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb \u2013 jo parlamentar\u00eb \u2013 t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendeve an\u00ebtare. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb korniz\u00eb kohore p\u00ebr vendimin e Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave\u201d \u2013 tha K\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Deputeti i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga radh\u00ebt e Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Besnik Tahiri, i cili mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhje, tha se raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar me 31 vota pro, kat\u00ebr kund\u00ebr dhe nj\u00eb abstenim.<\/p>\n

Deputetja e Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs (PSSE) q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson Malin e Zi, Maja Vuki\u00e7eviq nga Partia Popullore Demokratike, ka votuar kund\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Vuki\u00e7eviqit, kund\u00ebr votuan edhe dy deputet\u00eb nga Serbia dhe nj\u00eb nga Bosnja e Hercegovina, nd\u00ebrsa deputeti grek Alexis Tsipras abstenoi.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebndrimi i Vuki\u00e7eviqit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me q\u00ebndrimin zyrtar t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, i cili mb\u00ebshtet an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si dhe me marr\u00ebveshjen e n\u00ebnshkruar t\u00eb koalicionit p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re, e cila parasheh respektimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb politikave t\u00eb partner\u00ebve per\u00ebndimor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Partia Popullore Demokratike (DNP), an\u00ebtare e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb Vuki\u00e7eviq, ka njoftuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt se ka mb\u00ebshtetjen e plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar kund\u00ebr pranimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb PSSE.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb prononcim p\u00ebr tabloidin serb Alo dje, Vuki\u00e7eviq tha se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim ka p\u00ebrkrahje nga qytetar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n

\u201cEdhe ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interesante \u00ebsht\u00eb se asnj\u00eb nga subjektet politike nuk reagoi ndaj k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra ndaj meje, gj\u00eb q\u00eb flet shum\u00eb p\u00ebr standarde t\u00eb dyfishta, sepse dikur dihej se reagonte ndaj komenteve shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pad\u00ebmshme\u201d, shtoi Vuki\u00e7eviq.<\/p>\n

Ajo tha se pranimi i Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb PSSE \u201cdo t\u2019i hapte rrug\u00ebn territoreve t\u00eb tjera kontestuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb aleanc\u00eb e shteteve dhe n\u00eb sken\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk ka konsensus n\u00ebse Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet. Kosova nuk njihet si shtet nga gjysma e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs nuk e kan\u00eb njohur pes\u00eb vende t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte precedent serioz n\u00ebse Kosova do t\u00eb pranohej\u201d \u2013 tha ajo.<\/p>\n

Vuki\u00e7eviq \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesues i delegacionit malazez n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb Parlamentare, i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga tre an\u00ebtar\u00eb, dy nga qeveria dhe nj\u00eb nga opozita dhe tre deputet\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Vuki\u00e7eviqit, an\u00ebtar\u00eb jan\u00eb Vasilije \u00c7arapiq (PES) dhe Boris Mugosha (SD), nd\u00ebrsa deputet\u00eb jan\u00eb Nikola Camaj, Nadja Lakoviq (PES) dhe Milosh Konatar. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb votim dhe n\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi, votojn\u00eb deputet\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Kryeministri malazez Spajiq dhe ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme Filip Ivanoviq ende nuk jan\u00eb deklaruar me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, nd\u00ebrsa z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri Nik Gjeljoshaj dhe ministri i Administrat\u00ebs Publike, kan\u00eb uruar Kosov\u00ebn p\u00ebr rekomandimin pozitiv.<\/p>\n
