Sapo \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar opinioni i raportueses Bakoyannis n\u00eb Komitetin p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtje Politike dhe Demokraci t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ky opinion rekomandon an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs pa asnj\u00eb parakusht shtes\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Asnj\u00eb nga zotimet q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr Kosova nuk k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb realizohen para an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit. Madje n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 11 thuhet qart\u00eb se zotimi duhet t\u00eb adresohet pas an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha propozimet q\u00eb t\u00eb vendosen parakushte t\u00eb reja jan\u00eb refuzuar nga shumica e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komitetit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb tregon se Kosova duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare n\u00eb maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti dhe parakushtet e reja do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb padrejta.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, opinioni k\u00ebrkon largimin e fusnot\u00ebs nga denominimi i Kosov\u00ebs, fusnot\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur q\u00eb nga viti 2008 n\u00eb \u00e7do raport dhe komunikim mbi dhe me Kosov\u00ebn. Gjithashtu, rekomandohet q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb ftohet si shtet (state), sipas nenit 4 t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb KiE, dhe jo si vend (country), sipas nenit 5.<\/p>\n

Suksesi i sot\u00ebm hap\u00eb rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr votimin e opinionit n\u00eb sesionin e Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, i cili do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Strasburg n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e 15 prillit. Pas votimit t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm aty, opinioni do t\u2019i d\u00ebrgohet Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb ministerialin e radh\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb maj t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti.
