Presidentja e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani, e ka p\u00ebrshkruar 24 marsin e vitit 1999 si dit\u00eb t\u00eb shpres\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, teksa ka rikujtuar nisjen e bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s mbi caqet policore e ushtarake n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi.<\/h3>\n

\u201cNj\u00ebzet e kat\u00ebr marsi ishte v\u00ebrtet dit\u00eb e shpres\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe, sepse p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, aleancat e bot\u00ebs demokratike u b\u00ebn\u00eb bashk\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar shfarosjen e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga regjimi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm gjenocodal i [ish-liderit, Sllobodan] Millosheviqit, dhe s\u00eb bashku me shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb shtete t\u00eb tjera partnere arrit\u00ebm q\u00eb Kosova m\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet e lir\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ajo i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto deklarata pasi ka kryer homazhe te memoriali i ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb NATO-s p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, i cili gjendet te Sheshi N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prezent\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe ambasador\u00eb t\u00eb vendeve per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cKjo dit\u00eb e shpres\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb partneritet t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe bot\u00ebs demokratike, aleanca q\u00eb edhe sot vazhdojn\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n
