N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb vizit\u00ebs, gjenerali Osborn priti n\u00eb takim bilateral gjeneral Jasharin ku u diskutua p\u00ebr aktivitetet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Partneritetit Shtet\u00ebror mes dy forcave si dhe synimet p\u00ebr avancimin e aktiviteteve bazuar n\u00eb planin afatmes\u00ebm t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit. T\u00eb dy gjeneral\u00ebt u pajtuan t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb tutje programin n\u00eb fushat e manovr\u00ebs, logjistik\u00ebs, kibernetik\u00ebs, mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb si dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb korit t\u00eb n\u00ebnoficer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj vizite u realizuan edhe disa sesione t\u00eb prezantimeve p\u00ebr rekrutimin dhe zhvillimin e kapaciteteve njer\u00ebzore, mbi gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb si dhe modernizimin. T\u00eb dy delegacionet pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbejn\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja dhe praktika nga t\u00eb dy vendet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n
