\u201cUn\u00eb do t\u00eb shpjegoj se si na mashtruan, ku dhe si na kan\u00eb g\u00ebnjyer disa t\u00eb ashtuquajtur miq, e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, dhe kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs (KE)\u201d, tha Vu\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n
