I akuzuari \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur fajtor dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me d\u00ebnim me burgim n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 3 vite e gjasht\u00eb muaj.<\/p>\n

Prandaj atij do t\u2019i llogaritet edhe koha e kaluar n\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit nga data 21 shkurt 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>I akuzuari B.V n\u00eb peridh\u00ebn kohore disa mujore e deri n\u00eb dat\u00ebn e arrestimit t\u00eb tij me dat\u00eb 21.02.2023, kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb plane dhe ishte p\u00ebrgaditur p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrj\u00ebn e sulmeve terroriste n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb sheshin e Prishtin\u00ebs ndaj pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komunitetit LGBT dhe n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare Merdar\u00eb me materie t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe vdjekje prur\u00ebse p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb kombinim me Nitrat de Calcium, e t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb detaje ai i kishte shpalosur gjat\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb zhvilluar p\u00ebrmes aplikacionit Threema, nga profili \u201dProxyal\u201d, me nj\u00eb person me emrin \u201cAl Muhaxheri \u2013 ( i huaj)\u201d nga i cili kishte k\u00ebrkuar udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr krijimin e bombave artizanale apo materie eksplozive, p\u00ebr realizimin e planit t\u00eb tij, e q\u00eb me rastin e udh\u00ebtimit nga Arabia Saudite p\u00ebrmes Aeroportit t\u00eb Shkupit p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, me rastin e ndalimit dhe kontrollit n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufiatare Hani i Elezit, i nj\u00ebjti ishte arrestuar nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs DKT n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.\u201d, theksohet n\u00eb njoftimin e gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
