Rama tha lufta n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ck\u00ebrc\u00ebnim mjaft real ndaj siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Europ\u00ebs dhe rendit global\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor \u201ct\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb s\u00eb bashku\u201d.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb mundemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e l\u00ebn\u00eb agresionin t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet. Ne nuk mundemi dhe nuk duhet ta l\u00ebm\u00eb Rusin\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb e Ukrain\u00ebn t\u00eb humbas\u00eb. Nj\u00eb rezultat i till\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte i pap\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm. I gjith\u00eb projekti europian, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e Bashkimit Europian, do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb rrezik. \u00cbndrra jon\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme me paqe, prosperitet, do t\u00eb \u00e7ohej n\u00eb buz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmeje shum\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt, nj\u00eb e ardhme q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e dhimbshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u parafytyruar\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

Rama kujtoi se n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor i njohin luft\u00ebrat dhe pasojat e tyre. Plag\u00ebt e tyre, tha se \u201cende duhen sh\u00ebruar\u201d.<\/p>\n
