Por kryeparlamentari q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb gjyq e kishte pranuar se kishte hedhur gaz lotjsell\u00ebs, dje u lirua nga kjo akuz\u00eb. <\/span>Glauk Konjufc\u00ebn e ruajt\u00ebn pak edhe deputet\u00eb e ish-deputet\u00eb q\u00eb ishin paraqitur n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb si d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb. \u201cPo t\u00eb shpallej fajtor, do ta humbte postin e kryeparlamentarit\u201d, thon\u00eb nga Instituti i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Kryeparlamentari Glauk Konjufca t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn u lirua nga akuza p\u00ebr hedhjen e gazit lotsjell\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend para rreth tet\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh, kur L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje b\u00ebnte opozit\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb pajtim me rrjedh\u00ebn e procedur\u00ebs penale, provat personale dhe materiale t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuara nga Gjykata, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar se i pandehuri ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn akuzohet\u201d, tha gjykat\u00ebsja Edita \u00c7anta teksa e lexonte aktgjykimin.<\/p>\n

Konjufca u akuzua se kishte kryer veprat penale \u201cP\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebs apo mjetit t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm\u201d dhe \u201cPengim i personit zyrtar gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb detyrave zyrtare\u201d. P\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn, Gjykata Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs e liroi nga akuza dje, nd\u00ebrsa akuza e dyt\u00eb iu parashkrua, si\u00e7 kishte deklaruar e nj\u00ebjta gjykat\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore m\u00eb 25 tetor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/p>\n

Seancat gjyq\u00ebsore ndaj Konjufc\u00ebs u shtyn\u00eb 5 her\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme: nj\u00eb her\u00eb me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb tij, nj\u00eb her\u00eb sepse s\u2019kishte angazhuar avokat, nj\u00eb her\u00eb sepse e kishte harruar dat\u00ebn e seanc\u00ebs, e nj\u00eb her\u00eb s\u2019ishin paraqitur d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshmitar\u00eb n\u00eb gjykim ishin deputet\u00eb e ish-deputet\u00eb nga partit\u00eb tjera politike: Adem Grabovci, Ismet Beqiri, Sabri Hamiti, Pal Lekaj, Valdete Bajrami dhe Sllobodan Petroviq. Pothuajse asnj\u00eb prej tyre nuk tha qart\u00ebsisht se Konjufca kishte hedhur gaz lotsjell\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb Kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb Kuvendit m\u00eb 10 gusht 2016, ku pritej t\u00eb diskutohej futja n\u00eb rend dite e projektligjit t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb demarkacionit me Malin e Zi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dy p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e kan\u00eb pas\u00eb, Aida dhe Glauku\u2026 K\u00ebta e kan\u00eb hedh\u00eb tin\u00ebz, e kan\u00eb hedh\u00eb n\u00ebn tavolin\u00eb.. Un\u00eb nuk i kam fotografu\u201d, kishte deklaruar ish-n\u00ebnkryetari i Kuvendit, Sabri Hamiti n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb. Por kjo nuk mjaftoi.<\/p>\n

Gjykat\u00ebsja \u00c7anta tha se nga deklarimi i d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve gjat\u00eb shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor, asnj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk e ka inkriminuar Konjufc\u00ebn si kryer\u00ebs t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i Kuvendit ishte deklaruar i pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb shqyrtimin fillestar ndaj tij, por edhe n\u00eb gjyq e kishte pranuar se kishte hedhur gaz lotsjell\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cMbetem pran\u00eb asaj q\u00eb kam th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim fillestar, un\u00eb jam i pafajsh\u00ebm, ky veprim ka qen\u00eb i natyr\u00ebs politike. Pretendoj q\u00eb nuk kam p\u00ebrdorur kurrfar\u00eb arme, deklaroj q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nuk i kam b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebm askujt, po as s\u2019kam pas q\u00ebllim t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, deklaronte Glauk Konjufca n\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore m\u00eb 8 korrik t\u00eb vitit 2022.<\/p>\n

Paraprakisht, ai n\u00eb nj\u00eb prononvim p\u00ebr media kishte pranuar se kishte hedhur gaz lotsjell\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Flamur Kabashi nga IKD-ja tha se vendimi p\u00ebr ta liruar Glauk Konjufc\u00ebn nga akuza nuk ishte i leht\u00eb, pasi ndryshe do t\u00eb sillte disa pasoja p\u00ebr kryeparlamentarin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kabashi tha n\u00eb Frontal se me nj\u00eb vendim d\u00ebnues, Konjufca do ta humbte edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kandidonte as n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme.<\/span><\/p>\n
