Sipas gjykat\u00ebses \u00c7anta, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar se Konjufca ka kryer vepr\u00ebn q\u00eb i vihej n\u00eb barr\u00eb \u201cP\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebs apo mjetit t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e\u00a025 tetorit 2023, gjykat\u00ebsja \u00c7anta tha se Konjufc\u00ebs i \u00ebsht\u00eb parashkruar vepra penale \u201cPengim i pengim i personit zyrtar gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb detyrave zyrtare\u201d.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, m\u00eb 3 shkurt 2017, ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr Glauk Konjufc\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin e ngarkonte me dy vepra penale.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, Konjufca akuzohej se m\u00eb 10 gusht 2016, gjat\u00eb mbajtjes s\u00eb mbledhjes n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku merrnin pjes\u00eb kryetari i Kuvendit, Kadri Veseli, deputet\u00ebt Adem Grabovci, Ismet Beqiri, Sabri Hamiti, Pal Lekaj, Valdete Bajrami dhe Sllobodan Petroviq, i nj\u00ebjti n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e deputetit, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin ka p\u00ebrdorur arm\u00eb, ashtu q\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mbledhje ka hedhur gazin lotsjell\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sall\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Aktakuza thot\u00eb se si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj, q\u00ebndrimi i pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar nga tymi q\u00eb ka shkaktuar gazi lotsjell\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit jan\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb braktisin sall\u00ebn, me \u00e7ka i pandehuri Konjufca ka r\u00ebn\u00eb ndesh me nenin 9.1 t\u00eb Rregullores nr.04\/12 p\u00ebr arm\u00ebmbajtje n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, ku ndalohet p\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebve.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, Konjufca akuzohej se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cP\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebs apo mjetit t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm\u201d nga neni 375, paragrafi 1 t\u00eb Kodit Penal, vep\u00ebr e cila d\u00ebnohet me burgim prej nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb tet\u00eb vjet.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrsa, sipas dispozitivit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj aktakuze, me dat\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar si n\u00eb dispozitivin e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj akuze, i pandehuri Konjufca gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb gazit lotsjell\u00ebs ka penguar personat zyrtar\u00eb si kryetarin e Kuvendit, Kadri Veseli, deputet\u00ebt Adem Grabovci, Ismet Beqiri, Sabri Hamiti, Pal Lekaj, Valdete Bajrami dhe Sllobodan Petroviq n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare, \u00e7\u2019rast t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat zyrtar\u00eb jan\u00eb detyruar ta nd\u00ebrpresin mbledhjen dhe t\u00eb largohen nga salla.<\/p>\n
